  1. the branding on the down tube is something different - "Pinarello" on the one side and "Dogma60.1" on the other side, makes it interesting. Black red and white mixed together = best paint job!! Crazy bike + Crazy price enough said!
  2. I know these frame are best rated - stiffness to weight - compared to all other brands! That kit do you guys ride with to fit with the green on the bike
  3. I would co for green bartape and something green on the saddle .. The cages should be some thing black or darker... and one more thing - Team machine can not be mentioned with any other bike than BMC. Team bike maby ? Nice ride man
  4. The training aspect. I'm still recovering from a bicep femoris tendon injury and doing gym training and building the base with alot of core strength training, leg power and some upper body training. Just the thought of one day getting back on the bike and to be ready to start building again and moving towards race form. The diet the training and everything to be ready when I feel ready. Being healthy and staying motivated keeps me going even more. So apart from riding, I learned the other aspects of cycling - keeping strong and balancing the body out. o ja - I still wax my legs just to help me remember that i'm still a cyclist. 5. french top 14 ! Racing Metro - Andrew Mehrtens , Sabastian Chabal , Francois Steyn and many more star players! Not even to mention all the other teams, Stade Francais , Toulouse , Burgoin Its like the IPL of rugby. Soon this will be the league to watch, if its not already there! ..... frantic close season saw an avalanche of big-name transfers from English clubs including fly-half Wilkinson, who has joined up at ambitious Toulon, centres Ricky Flutey and Jamie Noon who opted for Brive, Iain Balshaw and Ayoola Erinie at Biarritz and flanker Tom Palmer who will move to Paris to play for Stade Francais. The English were not the only ones in demand by big-spending French clubs. Springbok star Francois Steyn has signed on at newly-promoted Racing-Metro, Scottish full-back Hugo Southwell heads to Stade Francias, while Argentine Juan-Martin Fernandez-Lobbe and Felipe Contepomi will also display their talents at Toulon where Philippe Saint-Andre has taken over as coach after his years spent at Sale. On top of that, the new season will see the return of several top bracket French players such as the hugely popular powerhouse Sebastien Chabal, who moves to Racing-Metro alongside another newcomer, national skipper Lionel Nallet, Julian Dupuy and Benjamin Kayser, who have both joined Stade Francais from Leicester and Sebastian Bruno who moves with Saint-Andre from Sale to Toulon.
  6. The freekin bulls will prob win because the WP and sharks are playing in UK and France! - Go Munster and Racing Metro!! The blue bulls --- Love the player hate the team! WP all the way
  7. After checking out the site - i would rather go for this S2 than the new one. The white just don't do it for me on this bike.
  8. Second that! Would have bought one of these if it was not for the paintjob - liked the older soloist better. and the SLC SL also - paintjob that is. Hope they play around more with the red! would be awsome - very nice bike!! Rides smooooooth
  9. bianchi green! looks good
  10. Spat how did you end up with matching red with your bike ??
  11. Any service Rape the buyer. No one out there starts a business to play even at the end of the day. Maybe that some stuff at the some shop will be cheaper while as other stuff more expensive so on average the shop makes a profit. Some shops ignore that and just makes 100% on everything. At least we have CWC to make the decision a bit easier price wise. Thanx guys.
  12. If you find something cheaper, be happy about it and enjoy. Some other nut will pay more for it because he adds the "value" to the price he paid for it and it looks cooler on his 100K bike - his buddies buy at the same place so they compete with how expensive they can go
  13. wear your helmet debate
  14. Think the Rugby Tomorrow might be a problem
  15. If CERA is the new generation of EPO, then what Wiggens are useing must be the new generation of CERA ? He is the only one that should not be up there with the worlds best climbers. Don't believe Astana would dope - must be a real nut to dope in that team - obviously if you have lance in the team the team will be tested quite a lot. Too many ppl want to catch someone in a winning team
  16. I don't think my fibula head is any different to any other person and the xrays show nothing abnormal. mri also clean. It only started 8 months ago. before that I use to ride often and ran quite alot. Rugby the works - not a single problem. Been cycling for a long time before that, not as hard or competitive. Don't know. Chiro can help. Will give it a shot. Rest for that long doing nothing does not sound like a cure. Have to do active rest or else I will end up in the front page of the Raport hanging from a bridge somewhere LOL - fisio and strengthening must be the way to go also to keep everything well stretched to prevent any tension in the glutes etc
  17. Dis *** lelik
  18. as far as I know. A Chiropractor only adjust your body - so it will only last a few days or so ? then the natuaral way will come back again. The spine pulls out of place because of muscles pulling on it or not keeping them in place because they are too weak. Will give it a shot though. Thanx again
  19. hey naas. We do this with rock climbing to get rid of some of the lactic and just to shake the muscles a bit. It does help to relive a bit of the tension and the tight feeling, but at this stage you are well on your way to "hit the wall". So yeah it does help, but if your continuing the previous effort it will only return again. So if your over the top of a climb and shake them out it will help again to feel "fresher" on the flats. But it might only be a mental thing - not a proven fact. Works for me - do it from time to time
  20. danny macskill ? Nice pic
  21. Hey mampara - did you have the same problem I have or did the chiro only sort out your head ache ? Know that problems in the back can give lots of problems elsewhere . Will see what the chiro can do Thanx
