  1. amputate the doc's legs as well. HOW the f"k do you do such a drastic op and somehow convince yourself to just off healthy looking legs ?? Idiots!
  2. dr. swart will be able to help you out and point in the right direction.
  3. Headlight in combination with a bar mounted light is very nice for XC and road (if your riding road after dark or early mornings) Best head light is Petzl Tika XP - long bat life and very good light A cheapish good bar lite is the Sigma Karma light - small and enough for XC i'm not doing downhill single track stuff at night so works for me. Can also be used on road bike - but with 2 or more red rear lights - one helmet- one back and one on seatpost - extra safe

  9. It's probably not my problem during their race - I don't ride there. I feel sorry for the other riders that get hit with pee by an incontinent adult. My real issue is men who are too lazy to walk/ride 100m up the street' date=' but to whip it out and whizz against anything, anywhere before a race in clear view of women and small children. [/quote'] if a guy piss in the bunch in front of me and the piss hits me - I will def ride up to him inclip and trap him of the bike!! Don't mind the pissing in the race. Go to the back and do your thing on the bike, or as mentioned ride to the front pull over and do the call of nature - maybe others will join if not you can catch the back of the bunch
  10. looking at road bikes... "best" - meaning comfy bars, solid and strong stems, and decent seatposts. very good quality and price and light weight. What bar's do you use? normal round bars - flat/wing bars etc - what brand ? Stems. Carbon or not ? What brand ? Same brand as the bar ? Seatpost - carbon / alu ? etc etc Most bikes come out with their own seat posts or stems - like cervelo, merida, cannondale etc - do you stay with the factory setup or chance these for some reason - lighter- stiffer - more ergonomic bars ??? 11. Yep every golfer on the PGA "pro" tour is a doper all of them from tiger to ernie Golf has first positive drugs test Reuters - Mon' date=' 02 Nov 22:21:00 2009 < =buzz-up method=post =http://uk.buzz.yahoo.com/vote/> American journeyman Doug Barron achieved unwanted fame when he became the first golfer to receive a ban for taking a performance-enhancing drug. http://d.yimg.com/i//ng/sp/eurosport/20091103/25/b32421d7a0f11b2c5020f5fd83a47b8f.jpg In a statement the PGA Tour said Barron, 40, had been suspended for a year for violating its anti-doping policy. It did not name the drug. "I would like to apologise for any negative perception of the Tour or its players resulting from my suspension," Barron was quoted as saying by the Tour. "I want my fellow Tour members and the fans to know that I did not intend to gain an unfair competitive advantage or enhance my performance while on Tour." Barron, who turned professional in 1992, has played eight full seasons on the PGA Tour, most recently in 2006. His best finish was a tie for third at the 2005 Bryon Nelson Championship. Since then, he has competed mainly on the satellite Nationwide Tour where he has twice finished second but is yet to win a title. In the PGA Tour's media guide, Barron lists his biggest thrill in golf as being paired with former world number one Fred Couples and fellow American Craig Stadler for the final round of his first event on the 1997 PGA Tour. The PGA Tour launched its anti-doping programme in July last year and said, in the event of a positive doping test, it would disclose details only after the entire appeals and challenges process was completed. The variety of sanctions could include disqualification, a one-year suspension for a first violation, up to five years for a second violation and a lifetime ban for multiple violations, plus fines up to $500,000 (305,000 pounds). The National Centre for Drug Free Sport administers testing on the PGA Tour virtually every week of the season with all samples analysed by WADA-accredited laboratories. World Anti-Doping Agency officials were not available for comment late on Monday. [/quote'] yeah saw that as well... Wonder what he used? What can possibly improve your golf ? Steroids ? maybe he just used cocaine like boonen and it was picked up in his blood.

  13. Why did they catch I.Basso, J.Ullrich, Vino ? Surely they also make/made alot of money those days. ok ok lance is way ahead now - financially that is. but from 1999 up till now --- I find it hard to believe that... understand the statement - its like crime - criminals will always be ahead - some will get caught but others will keep improving. just find it strange that he could have stayed out of trouble for so long. its not like the french relax when he is in town.
  14. "Eks in my moer" "Dis k@k warm" "Dit voel of ek swem.." "Die ouens rys soos d*se!" "Wat de f#k doen jy?" "jy ry soos `n p....!" ai, how fun is our language! Funny most of these came from english guys haha. Just no better way to sound angry than to swear in Afrikaans
  15. On that he will need more than luck and thank god you not my dietician.
  16. no dietitian needed. just eat less and eat more often- drink lots of water 2-3L a day and do morning runs before breakfast (empty stomach) - +-5km just to burn fat. Eat oats for breakfast and for lunch try and eat white meat and veggies. For supper - nothing much eat before 8pm maby you could only drink a protein shake and eat a small meal something easy good luck ASTANA2009-11-03 08:19:25
  17. The best for injuries / problems would be Dr. Jeroen Swart at Sport science at newlands Capetown. There are physios as well, but he will be able to help you. Normal physio will only treat the area where you complain it hurts. make a appointment at his offices +27 21 659 56 44 I'm currently working with him on a problem I have with my legs you have to decide if its really a big problem or not - but he will refer you to someone if its not such a big thing or he will be able to sort it out himself if it requires expert attention
  18. I'm not able to grow such a smooth one otherwise I would def have! All for the spirit of Movember!
  19. what do you want to do ? injury or just a sports maintenance rub ?
  20. use solid heavy training tires (gatorskins or something like this) with slime in the tubes. These will be less of a hassle, on race day -race with lighter tires/wheels and no slime (if your want to race otherwise just use the above aswell) Feels great to train hard and then feel the difference on race day with lighter wheels
  21. Dude i don't know if that is really worth it. Biogine and USN seems to be on the same page - bullsh*t products. That my opinion... and some of the more hardcore gym people's... I will use L-Glutamine after rides / gym training to aid recovery Use HMT Wired if you want to have instant power to do strength training in gym. Use creatine if you want to boost endurance. These are all legal - and not the best way. Obviously EPO, Steriods and those stuff actually works 100% every time haha. Not sure where to get these though
  22. surely the hub team can add a extra future that rate you as seller/buyer? don't think its that hard
