  1. 16" wheels for Peaty????
  2. https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/140818-rave-15mm-through-axle-bike-stand-adapters/ R400, bit pricey. For a 15mm axle I welded a 15mm galvanised pipe onto a couple of pieces of square tubing and then a piece of 5x30mm flat iron as a foot to bolt to my bakkie, and it works perfectly. That plan you have seems to be good, all the components would be available at a large hardware store,
  3. I'm sure there was a thread about these somewhere, don't know if it was a hubber making them, or a friend of a hubber.
  4. There were 47 overs in the last session, it was extended though
  5. It must be disheartening to throw everything at the Hash, and not be able to get him out.
  6. The speed at which the Lankans are chugging through the overs, there will be more than the minimum number of overs. TEA!!!!
  7. 30 overs in a session, approx
  8. Geez SA supporters praying for rain, we're getting as bad as the Poms
  9. Dizziness and headache are due to lack of salt, you need to top up, I eat 1/2 teaspoon salt in the morning. I think the ketostix are the cheapest.

  11. I've enjoyed the commentary on Radio2000, with Kirsey and Mkhaya. Pity the commentary is a bit delayed wrt the tv otherwise I'd much rather listen to them. TV commentary is a bit lame
  12. George the cat
  13. We adopted a cat from the local SPCA on wed, an older tom. There were a lot of kittens available, but I'd rather get a bigger cat, much to the disgust of my youngest. He's a beauty, and he's big enough to intimidate my Jack Russel. Slowly getting used to our house and all the inhabitants.

  19. I don't know why everyone is anti-GMO, I've yet to find credible research to say that GMO is bad for you. Not found the contrary either
  20. If you want the offal I'll keep it for you, only liver, kidney and heart though. The other bits don't keep too well. They usually dress out to around 20kg or a bit less. They lose a kg or 2 hanging. More in winter. Cut a sheep up that had been hanging for 10days yesterday and it had lost a lot due to the dryness.
  21. Wow I dont know. I usually sell cut up and hung for R1200, for a 45kg live sheep, about R65/kg, that sounds expensive!!!
  22. Don't have fat sheep now, but grass fed fat MUTTON will be available in October, hung for 9-14 days. Not cheap, but oh so tasty. Transport is always a problem though. An unpacked, cut up sheep will fit in one of those med size coolboxes. Edit not Karroo lamb but grass fed EC mutton.
