  1. Look at it this way Wil, at least they have realised that they cannot give the dogs the attention they need. Hopefully they'll go to a good home. I wish I could take the dogs that I see being given away.
  2. Hope him and SARU sort their differences out ASAP

  4. I think the benefits of 1 glass of red wine will outweigh the negatives. BUT remember that alcohol is treated and metabolised as a carb in the body. Edit http://talkfeed.co.za/alcohol-on-the-low-carb-diet/

  14. Absolutely true that. I wasn't very fit last year with a 80km max ride, and my partner tore his calf muscle 2 wks before so we took it rustig and started slow. We passed so many of the people that came rushing past us at the start at the Bergplaas climb.
  15. Very nice, mine is on here earlier somewhere. But it does also get ridden over long distances in our mountains so has all the gears possible.

  20. Thanks for the updates, I was wondering what happened to Glenn.
  21. I hate it when people climb over my gates in the middle or on the slack end, climb over next to the pole, you cause much less damage, and it's more stable.
  22. I'll get word to him, via another teacher.
  23. What time Eugene :w00t:
  24. I see Glenn is moving at quite a speed, he should be at Diemersfontein soon. Edit, my bad thats 3.7kmph, not 3600kmph, my eyes not so good
