  1. That's not problem solved Ryan, it's problem deferred.
  2. Nice bike, enjoy it. I had the same problem with a Giant I had. Used these goodies from CRC. http://www.chainreactioncycles.com/mobile/za/en/shimano-deore-hose-supporter-unit/rp-prod34709 Maybe one of the local LBS would have them.

  9. You've probably bent your hanger.
  10. Walk into the LBS wanting some aggressive tyres, what tyres do you have, "got crossmarks, they're good", not even bothered to ask the application. Needless to say that I had to scratch at all the local LBS, and all I could find were mountain kings. I'll get hold of evobikes next time I need.
  11. I recognise that top pic, there's extensive sand mining to your right. What river is that? It's not far from The Haven iirc Edit I think I need to get there with a fly rod
  12. The excess protein that you eat will be converted to glucose via a process known as gluconeogenisis, it's for this reason that the protein limit on LCHF is a serving of about a fist size. Low carb, moderate Protein and High Fat.

  14. George and I watching the MSA world cup
  15. Blenki's fast
  16. Bought both my last 2 frames from CRC. Painless. I'd have bought from the US, but postage is ridiculous. Just make sure that you do your homework wrt frame sizes.
  17. 16" wheels for Peaty????
  18. https://community.bikehub.co.za/topic/140818-rave-15mm-through-axle-bike-stand-adapters/ R400, bit pricey. For a 15mm axle I welded a 15mm galvanised pipe onto a couple of pieces of square tubing and then a piece of 5x30mm flat iron as a foot to bolt to my bakkie, and it works perfectly. That plan you have seems to be good, all the components would be available at a large hardware store,
  19. I'm sure there was a thread about these somewhere, don't know if it was a hubber making them, or a friend of a hubber.
  20. There were 47 overs in the last session, it was extended though
  21. It must be disheartening to throw everything at the Hash, and not be able to get him out.
  22. The speed at which the Lankans are chugging through the overs, there will be more than the minimum number of overs. TEA!!!!
  23. 30 overs in a session, approx
  24. Geez SA supporters praying for rain, we're getting as bad as the Poms
  25. Dizziness and headache are due to lack of salt, you need to top up, I eat 1/2 teaspoon salt in the morning. I think the ketostix are the cheapest.
