mikes bikes and linden cycles by far the two shops that i will gladly take my girlfriend to go shopping hehehehe but if you need good technical advice from a guy who knows his stuff i can send you a number of my buddy richard he will be able to help you with anything you need in the bike department and the hubbers are all good guys SOMETIMES hahahaha they an also help

thats unless you are me the whole of last year i raced at babbas and didnt puncture until i rolled across the finishing line hahaha But tubeless is the way to go no comprimise on the road however stay out of the gutter pump your tires to the maximum reccomended pressure and then you wont get glass in your tire and you wont get pinch flats!!!

i am 1.74 cm i measure 56cm because of my inseam length but i ride a 54 because i have a short torso so go get yourself measured and remember get your LBS to do your upper body reach because you dont want to go and get a 54cm and have to ride with the saddle post at the frame and a 160mm stem or the opposite if you have long legs and short body

Martin the best person to call in regards to service intervals on RS forks in JHB is Jayde from cool heat he knows his stuff and will be able to help you with any other technical questions regarding them because yes the regular service intervals are good for a fork but in the year i have been riding my tora air shock he has advised me against servicing the shock because it was still hundreds
