Absolutely entitled to make a profit.....but a fair profit ( reasonable). And that is only determined by the consumer. Especially in this day and age where price transparency is becoming a key negotiating tool.

Bought a bike stand today, got some tools and "google " is my friend......going to give this "self service" thing a whirl . The motivation was my LBS ripping me off . If times are tough look after your customers don't exploit them. And if it goes wrong ill find another LBS. one that won't leave the cranks loose.......when replacing a BB.

That is one beautiful piece of engineering !! And if it brought you to tears it must have been worth giving it to you......enjoy!!!!!
