  1. The big rugby schools usually poach the really good players.
  2. Doug Howlett? Kirwin was better. Campese was even better. Also Michael Jones better than Kaino.
  3. Six Gun Grill? More like Six Gun Boot
  4. What school is that?

  6. same experience - they are useless when you have a problem to sort out.
  7. I only use Lift where possible. So easy to deal with if you need to make changes / cancellations etc. Everyone else is a nightmare - typical call center scenario

  10. love it. The Cederberg area is amazing. We'll be doing our bi-annual 'We Don't Do Races, Just Ride Our Bikes', expedition from Travellers Rest to Papkuilsfontein at the end of May - via the path less travelled Photo courtesy of Google Earth
  11. I'd like to see any political party anywhere in the world run the Western Cape to a first world standard (which is what everyone wants). With the massive influx of people from other provinces, coupled with huge unemployment and the brazen criminal mindset of a large portion of the inhabitants, I'm not really sure what people expect them to do better.

  24. I put the on the 'Where has your bike taken you' thread. Probably belongs here. so I had the misfortune (sorry, couldn't help it) of spending a couple of days in Joburg at the SA Schools rowing champs. Drove about 40km daily each way to the venue from my in-laws place. I have new respect for you Joburg roadies. My god, the place is lawless. Don't know how you guys survive a day out on the bike. That's besides the potholes and broken/missing traffic lights.
  25. wrong thread moved my comment to Cars and Bikes thread
