  1. Cool, I watch pretty much all series that I enjoy, currently watching Reacher, 3/4 of the way through at the moment and waiting for next episode which usually gets loaded a day or 2 after it has been released on TV. If you don't like Diggz, there many other builds that can be tried. process for installing is the same for all. I often google best current build https://troypoint.com/best-kodi-builds/ and these are frequently updated with instructions on how to install.
  2. Real Debrid movies will always be good quality, if you do straight search from Kodi using one of the scrapers, then yes you can get CAM on yet to be released movies (to be expected). Generally when they are released not long after the quality will be good and there are plenty of scrapers/providers if you set it up right. "And then on not very popular....." clearly you have not used Kodi in a long time. I often watch what is in Theatres at the moment, and do so via a firestick and projector. Kodi is free, so has it's limitations but often movies are 1080 sometimes 720, occasionally 4k. If you want 4k every time, then you will have to pay Netflix, Discovery+, Prime+ etc. Decide what you are prepared to pay for or sacrifice. My initial comment was that Kodi is an option if you want to watch cycling, and other sports in one place..... use it don't use it..
  3. Kodi you can download from the playstore https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=org.xbmc.kodi&hl=en&gl=US Diggz build https://www.vpnhacks.com/aspire-kodi-build.html
  4. Perhaps try again. I have been using Kodi since xbmc days, over 10yrs. Watch what I want when I want, never had a VPN in all that time
  5. Install Kodi on a device, then install a build, I use Diggz Aspire. then watch whatever you want, Eurosport for Dakar,.... Eurosport/Astrosports/Fox Sport Aus for cycling, As the live streams are scraped they can go down, but it is less frequently than it does on Tiz-cycling, and are usually up again quite quickly, else if you know where to look on Kodi, you will have a number of streams to switch to if the one you were watching does not come back. You can also stream movies and series. Can be used with or without VPN. Edit, if you use Real Debrid for movies and link with Kodi, quality of movies will always be good.
  6. If you are on Garmin, log into Garmin Connect via the website. Then on the left side menu, click on "training and planning", then click on "courses" at the top in the search, type in "Port Elizabeth, South Africa" and if needs be filter by activity "cycling". Then scroll down and you will see from the heat map who has uploaded the gpx course, some even date by year. Find the gpx course you want then click to open it just to check that it is correct and what you are looking for. You then have the option "to send to your device" or click on the 3 dots and download the file. This way for searching for gpx files has been on Garmin Connect forever, but it seems very few people know how to use what is available on Garmin Connect. You will be able to do it for any race whether being a 70.3, a full ironman, a cycle race, anywhere in the world. It is often good if you are traveling and want to find a course/route that locals run or ride near to your destination. It can be very useful. As for the 70.3, you climb a steady hill out from T1, then have a fast downhill, close to the turnaround there are some big hills to get over on the way out and back, then a grind usually against a headwind until you turn right to get onto Marine drive. If you saved something in your legs you can push hard on this section and fly back to T2.
  7. Nope.... rest, ice to reduce inflamation, then specific physio exercises for shin splints... depending how bad, could be 4-6 weeks for a full recovery.... and tell him in future to slow down his pace if not use to doing such mileage over consecutive days.
  8. You can get a case with tether https://www.amazon.com/s?k=varia+Cases&rh=n%3A764466&ref=nb_sb_noss

  10. Perhaps these will work https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/road-bike-brakes/684755/trp-cable-to-hydraulic (EDIT: Just saw this is only 1) https://bikehub.co.za/classifieds/item/brake-parts-and-accessories/688544/trp-spyre-cable-disc-brake-set Else also look at the Juin Tech M1 or R1 depending on your mount, can get them on Aliexpress and also Amazon https://www.amazon.com/Juin-Tech-Actuated-Hydraulic-Cyclocross/dp/B08BWWNL19?th=1
  11. Maybe you should have adhered to how the review system is meant to work https://help.bikehub.co.za/en/articles/5778178-user-review-policy As the seller clearly decided to focus on a sale elsewhere and ignore your messages and as there was no sale with you, you had no rights to leave a review. It is not surprising a bad review of you was reciprocated. If you hang around here long enough, you will see many ignored messages by both buyers and sellers. As an example, i am selling an item, a buyer said they were keen and wanted to see it. I gave my number and asked them to confirm when. That was last Thursday and have heard nothing since. If they eventually make contact, we may proceed, if not, i dont loose sleep over it or make a drama like you are, because in your circumstance there has been no sale or scam and you have just missed out as they decided to sell to somone else. Whether they decide to communicate this to you or not, is up to the individual and many do not.

    The Munga 2023

Think his race plan was to race hard the first half then do the hills on tired legs on the way back, having done a 90km gravel ride the day before.

    947 Ride Joburg

Here a good article regarding sweat testing and there is a link to a spreadsheet you can download and use, so every time you do a workout you can measure your sweat rate and start to get a better understanding as a starting point. https://www.precisionhydration.com/performance-advice/hydration/how-to-measure-your-sweat-rate/

    947 Ride Joburg

Was there early and no issues getting parking or car guard problems. Raced hard and then had a few beers with mates, listened to Rubber Duck play and then watched the prize giving. Left without hassle, So a good day to do this race once a year for fun and have fun.... even with the heat. And always great to see the crowds who come out on the day.... not enough thanks is given to them!! Kudos!!
  18. I started with streaming in 2014 playing with a Raspi and XBMC, back then hardly anybody streamed and even a 2mbs ADSL line was good enough to stream. I ran XBMC and kept DSTV for about a year, before stopping DSTV in 2015. I still run XMBC now Kodi 20.2 as my main streaming platform and watch all the cycling on Eurosport. Even Fox Sport (Aus) has cycling as well as ITV4 (UK) for the TdF. You can also find the native media streams if you know where to look, although that takes some effort. I also watch any movie or series and every other sport such as F1 on Sky, ESPN, TSN, Fox etc, some channels quality is better than others as I do not bother with a VPN. Adding a VPN and am sure the quality could be better, but have not felt the need Maybe people might want to look at Kodi again (as it fell out of flavour) when you can direct stream from the likes of Netflix etc. i.e you don't have to set up Netflix like you do have to with Kodi, their builds and then the addons. Install Kodi, install a build, which have many of the most common addons pre-setup and see what you can find as an option for the cycling. I will be watching for sure the much anticipated MvP v WvA cyclocross battle over Xmas as they have both now listed their itinerary/clash on Eurosport. Just waiting to see if Pidcock is in the mix and will continue to watch all other cycling using Kodi. https://kodi.tv/ https://www.everythingkodibuilds.com/p/best-kodi-builds.html Try it, google is your friend on installing kodi, which builds that are the deemed best and then how to install that builds, else google best kodi build for sport etc and decide which build may suit. An option to consider if you can't find any other way with the closing of GCN+ and there is always Tiz-Cycling Edit: There use to be a forum topic on cutting DSTV and using XBMC back in 2015, but doing a search for it, I see it got culled when bikehub got rid of all non cycling threads. Else would direct to that for info. There are still a few I see about alternatives to DSTV if you do a search
  19. Congrats and well done, the heat, humidity and WIND made it quite a challenging race this year! Learn from your experience and marathons on race day if you have done the training are all about pacing and nutrition, get those right and you can have a great day out.

  23. Why not just record on your garmin at the same time. I do this for all indoor rides and upload for discovery. Indoor ride mode with trainer set as a power meter and not controllable trainer. Mywoosh/Zwift/etc control the trainer, garmin just records the info
  24. Is it the screw that actually fits inside the mount? Try a hobby shop
  25. Click on the technical details button to see how this VO2 is going to work. Still trying to understand it myself
