  1. You can also check out ERGVideo as they have a studio option that you can connect up to 24 trainers for USD60 pm https://ergvideo.com/product-detail/studio-subscription-monthly The video library https://ergvideo.com/info/the-videos You can try for free https://ergvideo.com/ErgVideo-free/whats-free
  2. Also look at Kinomap to see if it is suitable. You can add up to 5 family https://support.kinomap.com/hc/en-us/articles/5344442179988-What-s-the-family-option-
  3. No different to Assioma pedals and no one complains or worries about battery replacement. Whilst I prefer battery replacement (currently run stages and quarq). I would have no problem using one of these and am considering one potentially for a new build.
  4. Only use what you will get on course unless you decide to carry all your own. So try out now and make sure it works for you. Maurten stockists https://maurtenfuel.co.za/cat/stockists/ If your read the athletes guide, it lists everything that will be at the aid stations For Bike - Water/Gatorade/Maurten Gels/Biogen Bars For Run - Water/Gatorade/Maurten Gels/Biogen Bars/Coke
  5. Unless you have liked their page it is likely to go to spam. Ask FB why this is. Even your own personal profile has a spam message folder.
  6. A FB DM will likely go to their spam folder and is why you probably have not had a reply. You would have been better emailing them directly or commenting on a post that is visible. You cannot compare the two because the Cradle Cracker had a no litter policy NB: The Cradle Cracker is a LITTER FREE RACE! https://entrytickets.net/cradlecrackersummer And from what have read, the matter seems to be resolved...

  9. Posted on Cradle Riders and Runners FB Group An update on Sean Henderson after being hit by a drunk driver in the cradle yesterday - just called Milpark and chatted to Sean. He's ok. Fractured femur and light bleed on the brain. No operation needed and bleed not a concern to the doctors. Incredibly lucky! He was hit from behind between satellite climb and cradle moon. Speedy recovery mate!
  10. Fantastic racing! Insane! What a crowd!
  11. I have an athlete who uses Mywoosh and the file details I see with WK05 are that it is recorded as a Gamin 3570. He is a Junior and his parents are on Momentum, so cannot confirm whether this will work with Discovery.
  12. What crank do you have on your road and tri bike? If the same then look at a Stages or 4iii which you can transfer as and when required. Alternatively look at Assioma pedals Pacing is now everything in triathlon and pacing to power is the way to go. Hence training and racing to power on a road or tri bike. MTB I would not bother considering.
  13. Look at the Nike Infinity Run as well, can usually pick up the older versions reasonably priced
  14. Use this often for both rides and runs. Also when searching for a race i have not done, especially overseas, can usually find the race route no problem under garmin courses and get all the elevation data to review online, or use with bestbikesplit for pre race analysis , then send to my device for navigation if i need.
  15. What is the reason from what am reading the preferred option is PV (geyserwise) for the geyser rather than evacuated tube or flat plate?

  19. Owned by SRAM, so speak to Cape Cycle Systems and they should be able to advise.
  20. For windows platform you can look at ERGVideo, has some free plans, else can sync structured workouts from Trainingpeaks if you have plans
  21. ".there’s too many okes saying do this and do that without ever having done anything or achieved their own sporting goals.." What you said is that unless a coach has achieved something personally then he should not be considered, so is not speaking to the point your are making! It is what John was alluding to. Every sport is full of ex pros who fall into coaching and management and are generally failures. The ones who become top of their game are often mediocre in their own personal abilities as they don't have the genes to make the top 1%, but understand the theory and personal interaction to get the best for a client so that they achieve their goals.
  22. Try nose down a few mm rather than flat as most road saddles are, see if that helps
  23. You sure 220v as most wifi routers are 5v, 9v or 12v, same as the fibre box
  24. Wibox is not expensive same as other router ups which are small and designed just for your wifi router and ISP box https://arionpower.co.za/product/wibox/ an
