  1. Edit: I see Matt posted the same Maybe you should read bikehubs FAQ/Help centre This has been discussed many times over the years, reviewing without purchasing opens it up to abuse for many reasons, no responses like you get, missed out on a deal or just didn't like the tone.... Reviews may only be added where a sale happened or a firm agreement was in place https://help.bikehub.co.za/en/articles/5778178-user-review-policy
  2. Try here as an option for UK https://www.lfgss.com/
  3. This shows how much space he had to make his move
  4. Another Free option I have just come across https://biketerra.com/. Says you can upload a GPX and ride a route. Think it will be similar to what was Magic Roads on RGT. Also import workouts (zwo) so you could download their legacy workouts here https://zwiftinsider.com/workout-reorg/ and import, else recreate workouts on whatsonzwift and import. Else import from trainerday
  5. There are quite a few videos and even post race pundits on Eurosport going into detail of the sprint which shows Cav looking to his left to make sure there were no riders that he would interfere with before switching to the left. There was plenty of space and a free run, so he switched and I think intelligently as he could see the other sprinters all boxing each other in on the right. So was not against the rules as he moved into open road.
  6. Brilliant, chapeau Cav!! 💪
  7. Was to be expected I think? https://www.bicycleretailer.com/industry-news/2024/06/27/giant-making-bid-buy-stages-cycling-bankruptcy
  8. How much Maurten will you take on your long runs as it sounds like you have been going overboard already which is causing the cramps? If you have eaten well and hydrated with a carb drink before you start, up to 75 min runs you shouldn't need anything else but water. If you are going longer then look to digest 30-60g of carbs for every hour you expect to be on the road longer than 75 mins, but start taking 20-30 mins into your run, so that you don't deplete and bonk before the 75mins. Anything up to 2:30hrs on easy long runs and I can happily run with water only and may carry a gel just in case I need. If racing hard for a half marathon distance then will be taking gels every 30 mins as you are consuming your glycogen stores quickly. Long easy training runs you are at fat adaption pace, so will get your fuel from your fat and do not need that much carbs to top up glycogen, so you maybe over doing the carbs intake on already still full glycogen stores, hence the nausea
  9. You can do it yourself from a laptop if you download the shimano etube software and connect your charger to the laptop and to your Di2 https://bike.shimano.com/en-EU/e-tube/project/forwindows.html Your Di2 is 10 speed. 6770 as you say external battery? If going through your charger does not work to run etube software and find problem (as I am not sure with older Di2), then you need to find a bike shop that has a PCE02 linkage device and they should be able to check for errors and advise
  10. Have you run diagnostics with the shimano etube software? It should help to tell which part is at fault.
  11. You can run it on ATV if it meets the specs, see on the downloads page https://www.mywhoosh.com/getting-started-mywhoosh-cycling-app/
  12. Lots of discussion on the triathlon forum Slowtwich on this https://forum.slowtwitch.com/forum/Slowtwitch_Forums_C1/Triathlon_Forum_F1/Kristian_to_pro_cycling%3F_P8143535/, most can't see it happening him becoming a super domestique for Jacyco. Whilst Giant/Cadex are sponsors of both KB and Jayco, there maybe some PR in it. I also don't think KB will be happy as a triathlete until he perhaps wins the Olympics again this year and he still has to win a Full Ironman Championship at Kona, only achieved a 3rd so far, even though he won it in 2022 but it was at St George's not Kona, then he might consider new challenges
  13. GCN is returning, but alas not the live cycling
  14. Speak to the distributor https://ikhambi.co.za/
  15. A kickr Core is a good option for getting into indoor training and the distributor have good service back-up. You just need to make sure it has an 11 speed cassette installed, as there are options on cassettes.
  16. Fit a disc brake adaptor for non disc brake frames and then change your fork to a disc brake fork
  17. Yet he seems to have already put a plan in place to be fronted by his wife to continue the coaching according to that statement posted earlier in this thread.
  18. I was referring the Scicon
  19. You wont be able to fit MTB wheels in this case, it is only suitable for road, triathlon and cyclocross wheels (skinny tyres) and then you have to fully deflate the tyres to get them in. So not ideal if you run tubeless with sealant possibly leaking. Once the wheels are in, I have to pump mine slightly to keep the seal.
  20. Nice quiet ebike...not 🤣🤣
  21. Lol... does it really make a difference, none of these software apps are accurate with regard to distance. All that really matters with indoor riding is doing the required time at required power
  22. There is no garmin sync on MW, only Trainingpeaks and Strava Just dual record with your garmin on indoor workout mode. Life is much easier. I use MW, IndieVelo and Zwift and always record the ride with my garmin head unit. Firstly should the software crash, I have all the data on my garmin. Secondly, garmin data for Discovery points. MW, IndieVelo and Zwift data is saved but I do not sync it to TP, then I don't have delete double recording. The only sync I have is with TP set up to pull in structured workouts of the day to MW, IndiVelo and Zwift
  23. I don't have a paid athletes TP account, only the free one
  24. TP integration has been available for a long time already
