Low handle bar will cause back pain generally. The seat angle might have an influence due to this. I have been riding my selle italia flite trans am for 8 years now with no problems. Be careful as soft saddle is also no good.

I ride them and the only compaint is the front wheels disch keeps going out. Been riding them for about 2 years now. The freehub needs to be cleaned and lubed every now and then but it depens on the conditions you ride in. For your weight I would suggest go with something with 32 spokes per wheels
