I ride from Table View to Koeberg - do the long loop and back - only trouble I ever had was from abad assed zebra

It's all noisy - at least people dogs etc hear you comming - and the 66cc one does almost 60 kph !

Got one of these for my wife so she can do long training rides with me at a decent pace. After a fall while learning to ride the bike she is now too scared to ride it becuase it goes too fast !!! Will have to try get her into training

This is one of my biggest gripes about runners/joggers who use the cycle path - because they are off the road both earphones get plugged in deep and the volume turned up load - do yuor selves a favour - at least use only one earphone

Does anyone have the contact details for Garmin in Cape Town or do I have to deal with Garmin JHB ? I have issues with my Edge 800 not picking up my heart rate monitor and the local agent at Camp and Climb tried his very best but couldn't fix the fault and no I didn't buy the unit from him either - he was just very helpful !

Hang in there >> you will get to a stage when if you miss a ride in, you will feel grumpy and guilty about not riding. I try ride every day - sometimes life gets in the way though ! My comute is from TV to Pinelands and back - both with a little added on especially on Fridays as we finish early. Enjoy life, feel pity for those less fortunate than you and that have to use a car or a bus >>> and be safe out there.
