  2. now that you small you want to be beeeg again????
  3. I suppose we can all "justify" costs if we want to, lets be honest most of us couldnt justify buying the " top of the range" bikes as 1% might reach the bikes potential my chirp is "How do you know who`s the helicopter owner,,,easy he tells you" how do you know donatellonapinarello owns a pina and has done the epic ????
  4. howzit, I missed this thread completely I was wondering the other day how "much funds MUST you have " to still be grinding on, I`m glad to see you guys are still grinding on. Have u mentioned a number yet out of curiosity, My dad built up a small resort over ten years, he ploughed horrible money into his passion I can tell you it kept him busy and he loved the place until the day he died obviously now that we busy with his estate,,,,,,,,,all I can say is MAN ,, PASSION makes otherwise sound businessmen make horrible "investment" decisions But as I said he was happy, with that money I am sure I would have been happppierrrr good luck
  5. FUN GAALENS, IF you fit, more technical than most "family type" Routes but def Do-able, its always HOT in the past the water points were adequate similar terrain than the Monster depending where they sending you similar climbing can be achieved
  6. Done plenty riding there years ago I loved it we used to use it on our commute loops and night rides, loooooong ago just glad to hear maintenance has been done,

  8. besides tweety bird, whats the condition of the trails please, keep geeting mixed reports, some say its very much in need of attention deep grooved and rutted, any feed back, it always used to be a lekke spot to get some miles in
  9. I have a pretty good idea, vindictive ex hubber who stirred the pot, double posted with a victim complex against many hubbers as we not allowed to mention ex banned hubbers all I will say is his style has not changed. I know that sounds vague and that list could be long but 1 ex hubber sticks out like a dogs balls????
  10. if the Niner fork is for sale please PM me, I need one
  11. funny how all you ex banned hub haters all come back in one or other form,,, waddle back under your bridge

  16. The old hub way was built up on Chats, and fight clubs and community interaction and and and but there is a different thread for that???????? oh wait,,,, it also didn’t survive saying all of the above, u right this would have been “handled” by mid day waaay back when
  17. Love cannondale, but that doesn’t shout GO out and order ME NOW, maybe they going less is more. ????????‍♂️
  18. Hold on, bike garmin let’s assume a rider puts in 10 hours per week through summer and winter and uses it on their IDT 1 year is actually shocking to even start thinking of failure many riders don’t do 10 hours a week ???????? watches 24/7/365 still other than batteries these things should last loooong, and people say buying a 100-200k watch that lasts 30 years and still has value after 30 years is madness???????? saying the above my current 820 still new no issues the previous 510or 520 died 2 years in (very little use) they replaced no cost, gave it to a fellow Hubber when I stopped riding it died at some point if I remember it was minimal costs and he got an upgrade forgot my point ,,,oh ja if u take actual working time it’s insane how short these expensive gadgets “last”
  19. agree Garmin tells me stupid recovery needed, not the fittest but I sure as hell don`t need 78 hours rest after riding an hour with my daughter, me resting heart rate first thing tells me where i`m standing I ride for fun i`m not near serious enough but I havent been sick due to over training in a long time different level of athlete what ever works go for it,, even if its JUST IN YOUR HEAD
