I struggle with the strava update as well. . .have had to disconnect my strava account from vitality and rejoin to get it to sync my activities. But now still not syncing, some issues.

I also need some cool looking wheels!! Another one from Potch! What would be your suggestions ? I am 183cm and not to big around 69-73 kgs. 38/50 combo or 50/50? I want to use the wheels all time round so will clinchers be better than tubbies for this purpose? Or should I stick to using them for racing? Thanks AJ

Thanks to the Road Rangers had an awesome day out on the bike!!! Started in AL and finished in 2:35. The crash at that intersection was a bit scary as I'm a new roadie I had absolutely NO gass at the last 300m. . . Probably attacked too much the last part of the race. Just couldn't get away from the bunch. Worked well with those guys in the Black and Blue kits. BTW I had the Black and Yellow Castelli kit on Looking forward to next race!!

Yoh very scary race. . .just glad to have finished safely. The merge at the end is my scariest moments especially last 500. Thanks to the CL group we rode well in front trying to keep everyone safe. Finished first in the CL group much easier dodging people and those cones alone TTing to the end. Finished in 3.05.46 with a Chris Willemse kit. Which races offer full road closure? Would rather just stick to them, this only being my 2nd road race.

I'm also in the C - Batch Need to get under 3 hours!!!

I'm considering it just have to find a partner. . .or how important is a team mate? This will be my first stage race ever! Would like a partner to join me, but at the moment none of my buddies are really doing some hard training!? Thats why I might do a solo. . .haha

Hahahaha the worst seeding in my life!!! I only do MTB, but bought me a road bike and 94.7 will be my first race. . .please help. Is there no way I can improve my seeding?? I'm in VV start last. I wanted to do sub 3 hours. .is this possible from this start time??
