  1. You don't know one or two of the girls I used to date... My man.
  2. Seems like she was never ready for the experience to begin with.
  3. Very true. It is not for everyone, obviously, but if it can work for you, why not? Everyone's sexuality is different, and if you can have sex with random women, not build up an emotional connection, and still love your wife and have a happy home I honestly can not see a problem with that. A colleague told me a while back that she has a lady friend who is married to an openly gay husband. They even have kids together. He gets to do his thing, she doesn't have to put out for him (don't think she really likes sex, I guess?), but they have a happy family and everyone feels safe and loved. My point is, there is no "one size fits all". The question though - will you be ok with your wife/girlfriend boning 4 or 5 other guys on a regular basis?
  4. That was your first mistake. 2 birds with one stone, go for it! Pics or it didn't happen, though.

Jip, just a week or two and it is a thing of the past (if you have a half decent setup, which I guess you do have).
  6. Sounds like my kind off kerk basaar.
  7. Only saw your post now... not at all surpised you like it! It really is a must have for anyone who spends time making food in the kitchen.

Depends what your aim is, but if you don't mind spending a couple extra minutes in transition, just swim in your wet suite, go change into cycling clothes, and before the run go change into proper running clothes. Otherwise buy a tri suit and wear it the whole day.
  9. Still not as hard as my morning wood.
  10. Ja looks like it, and I'm ok with that. I get in the area fairly regularly for work, and those farmers seriously need some rain. Don't expect too much mud, think the earth will just slurp that water up.
  11. Do the weekend is here! Everyone ready for the race?
  12. I think I remember us having one when we grew up, and my mom forbid us to go into the kitchen when she used it, haha. Seems dodge, probably isn't. You won't be sorry for getting one - really a great piece of kitchen equipment.
  13. We have a pressure cooker that we have used countless times - 1 000 x soups, leg of lamb so tender it falls of the bone in 60 mins, stews, etc. Tomato soup in 20 mins, butternut 40 mins, and so on. If you plan on getting one get the electric one, and one that has a "browning" function. Do everything in the same pot, and dinner is ready within an hour max.
  14. How does training in the day during the fast affect your recovery? Or do you do "lighter" training sessions?
  15. That' perfect - it means you must go fast, right?

It's insane that it is literally a race of seconds. Losing 3 seconds on the swim, 5 on the bike, and making up 4 on the run will get you second place with 4 seconds. Crazy.
  17. Sy sal n langnaweek soos n smoke break laat voel.
  18. Preach it.

Will you incorporate things like 5 or 7 x 1 km repeats after your LSD ride on a Saturday, closer to your target event?
  20. Ag nee, trek in jou pens man.

There's this saying: "running on tired legs won't make them stronger, but it will make them last longer."
