    Can one assume that you FTHR occurs at FTP? Reason im asking is because I've only got a PM on my road bike so I do not know what the mtb power looks like. Im not talking about the power in xc type routes with lots of short, sharp climbs. More the transbaviaans, k2c type events. Id like to use my FTHR which I measured while doing my FTP and a pacing tool while on the mtb Can this be done?

    Not exactly on the couch but here she is..Focus Cayo EVO, Sram Force 22, Mavic Ksyrium SSC SL, Continental wire bead gatorskins FSA wing compact bar, FSA carbon seatpost and stem..just need a new saddle tho . The Sram Force is going to take some getting used to coming from shimano, and its a bit of a pain to setup .. Next the carbon wheelset

    Hi Guys Do you think the propel adv 1 is worth the extra +-R7000. Theres about 200g weight difference otherwise the bikes only have the different groupset. How is the propel Vs the TCR?     I run a 36t on the 42 and it is only super sh!t over abt 17%.. youve got 2 choices, toughen up or get off and push!!!
