    Routing is internal so thatll be a no go. The wetness/leak is coming from the piston I think as the lever is wet where it goes into the reservoir. Ive removed the complete lever from the system this morning so ill strip down the lever tonight. I have got 2 extra levers i can get parts from

    I suspect that the leak itself is coming from the lever and the hose too was wet but not as wet as the lever. Ive replaced the olive on the hose and the hose is dry now. No problems at the caliper. The lever however has always been dirty, its been very dry and dusty here and I think thats why i didnt notice the lever being wet as it was always just full of dust. Anyone with suggestions as to how i could fix the leak on the lever? Looks like its coming out at the back of the lever, where the piston move in n out

    Hi guys Ive got a huge problem. Im running a set of XT 785 brakes. I am always having to bleed the rear brake, on a monthly basis if I'm using the bike alot. My method would be to open the bleed screw on the lever to check if I could see any fluid. Its always dry. I then screw on the bleed funnel, add some oil and then pump the level while I tap the brake hose. This gets most/all the bubbles out but the brake still feels spongy. Last week I noticed that the hose is wet. I replaced the olive and then tightened up the hose another 1.5 turns from where it was before I replaced the olive. Its all dry now BUT I've got absolutely no braking power! Ive bled the brake on my usual method, NOTHING Ive bled using gravity, top to bottom, NOTHING Ive opened up the lever to check that the bladder, which is under section 4 of the diagram, has not collapsed, its all good. Ive tried bleeding bottom to top using a syringe with very little force, NOTHING. The lever now is wet, section 7 and 8 on the diagram. I have got 2 XT levers that ive stripped and butchered previously as about 1.5 years ago I also sat with no power and the LBS recommended I replace the lever. Ive used the donor lever for its bladder as the previous bladder was torn. HELP!!! Mopkop

    To the guys using the Chinese wheels, will there be a noticeable performance difference between the novatec/powerway hubs VS the dt swiss 240s? I know that Chris King is next level lekker just curious to know if spending almost double to upgrade to DT swiss 240s will have a significant performance increase PEACE

    I had the 2.1's. Went Barzo on the front and this just felt way better. Maybe I should give the new 2.2's a go!

    We are being very careful. The only time they've had time together was when one of us was with them. I also had him at a friends place prior to last weeks mood swings and tantrums. Massive learning curve. When you say you "kennel your bitch" is it still on your premises and shes just totally locked away? I dont have a problem with my bitch, its the male thats my problem

    This past week has been the ultimate. Here bleeding has also gotten worse and the color is very different from say 7 days ago to now. His trying every single angle available, head shots, leg shots, tail shots ALLES. and at night he cries and throws little tantrums :thumbdown: His abot 20kgs heavier than here and shes still very playful so when ever he tries she either buckles or just lays or turns around and wants to play. Shes 9months old, his almost 6. I didnt know the strength of my 55kg Rotti until this past week, DAMN!!
