I would suggest for November and December focus on time in the saddle and overall conditioning (core). Base strength will also go up but you don't want to stress the muscle system too much this early on. Jan, Feb focus on sustained long hill endurance and remember enough recovery during this block. If you're not to familiar with training regimes consider a training program. I see fit track has some programs. Thats going to be my approach.

True. The cyclists responses are quite telling of their attitude towards doping and the past. I'm convinced Wiggins, Contador and Sanchez and rest will continue as before. Funny how Wiggins' "Farther Christmas doesn't exist" comment was taken as a condemnation of the LA sage. Where in actual fact I interpreted it quite different.

It can be done. BT technology has improved but still quite high error rates and for real-time media streaming over the short distance a wired connection will be better. Will be interested to see how it performs if you decide to do it
