Beginning of lock down I was around the 84.5kg mark. Sitting at 80.5kg today. Been riding 5 to 6 times a week so training has been good and for June we followed a restricted calorie diet with a couple of cheats (drinks and food) over weekends and added a recovery drink after rides. More of the same for July but will cut a bit on the alcohol and longer weekend rides!

Thats the one Have only been riding there since end of last year but I really enjoy it. Also helps that its only 4km from home. Plenty of climbing to do with a some fast flowing single track. Definitely not as technical as some of the blue sections at Thaba though.

I have never seen or heard of that. Which year was this? Ford and Mazda actually went their separate ways in 2010 but here in SA in 2013/2014 Mazda has a joint bakkie platform with Isuzu and the BT50 is built by Isuzu in Thailand. New BT50 is really an Isuzu with a Mazda badge. Ranger and Raptor built locally Even with that inflated price the E-Bike will have a better future value than the Volvo

I dont have a power meter so my weekend riding is just with a HR monitor. So the ride then shows with no load, so my weekend rides mean absolutely nothing . I have tried to put a load value in but its gone a day or two later...
