  7. Hey fellow Cow, good luck with your fund raising
  8. I used the "nut" from a rear road brake caliper and an allen screw from a bottle holder to make an old school seat post bolt, worked well as i had quite a short bolt Hope that helps
  9. Also remember that a 9 speed crank will also suck the 10 speed chain between the chainrings, have tried a 9 speed crankset with a 10 speed chain before
  10. Just had a case where i cobtacted a guy regarding an item(he in ct me in jozi), one of my friends organised to meet him to collect the item later that very day, yet he sold it before my mate could get there to pay him cash. 12. New options added, continue voting

  15. Anyone willing to donate their unused gopro to a choc cow that will happily use it, have all the editing software and patience to charge batteries etc.... Will make a few nice videos of the cows on events and use them to promote us
  16. Where about on the east rand, road or mtb?

  18. I have a mixture of tubeless ready and ust tyres, haven't had any of them seep sealant, have not tried non tlr or ust, don't have the patience to restrip if it doesn't work

  20. Check on the specials leaflet on the main page
  21. Seems a little ridiculous if you ask me, are they going to check everyone for a garmin/suunto/polar/smart phone/insert brand here that has satellite tracking on it, i am not riding cape epic, but i use my garmin to track my progress and performance for myself, heart rate etc Poor form if you ask me
  22. They snakeskin version is R299 at Solomons at the moment, 2.25 26er
  23. Lower pressure also gives a slightly better ride quality, i have the tyres inflated to between 1.5 and 1.7 most of the time, you should not need extra sealant with you. A spare tube can always be used if you have a total failure, providing you have a decent sized gator for a tear/slash in the tyre, will get you home no hassle I carry : Spare tubes, plugs, plug tools, bombs, bomb adapter, pump and gators Never hurts to be prepared, but will never go back to running tubes again....
  24. And yes, there was a triple step rock thing... Stopped to walk down it and just fell over... Quite annoying
  25. Of course... Never start something and don't finish... Unless they airlift you or take you away on a gurney
