Was at NF about 2/3 weeks ago on the 50/54km route. Trails are mostly in good condition, can do with some maintenance on the longer/less used loops/routes where the route deviates from the shorter routes. But for me this was due to constant rain which makes it difficult to get to. Muddy in some sections but again to be expected after all the rain (4/5 out of 10). Safety wasn't an issue for me, was there on a busy Saturday morning.

Might have been mentioned before, have looked at the Road Bike Wheels for sale section. Would you be able to add a material type (alu and carbon) and wheel type (clincher and tubular)? Would it be worthwhile?

To be honest, I don't think the phone is the problem (Samsung S9 on my side). I read somewhere that other users have been experiencing the same problem, I also have a Vivoactive 4 and have to almost on a daily basis re-pair my phone. Drives me nuts!

17km to go for KB with just over an hour to go, hope those legs can push it. See WS is also behind the curve with 15km to go. Can't imagine how tired they must be, but push Werner and Kim!

Also see Kim Brearley is off course and Flavio Scarpa is about to catch the cut-off marker. Some tough riding out there.

Probably still tracker related, but BB is at 914.1km (last refreshed 9mins ago) KB is at 923.5.km (last refreshed 2mins ago) Might be the move?

Forgot the route was actually over a 1000km and not just that. Going to be lonnng day for the front two/three.

I'm assuming a finish mid afternoon? Another rest stop for BB and KB? Wonder if Hansie will make the catch (they seem too far ahead).

Weight isn't mentioned but will also have an impact on the times. But lekker to see some form experimentation going on.
