Your seeding index would also need to be of such a nature which will allow you to race together with the Lic Vets. If your seeding is not up to scratch yet, you can still race in the open/seeded category until you've managed to bring your seeding down (below 20)

One of the girls that work with me was the medic on the schene at the SBR crash of the elites. She mentioned that it was quite a bad crash, with a number of elites that got really hurt from broken arms to fractured scull. The guys apparently went off the road and landed up in the bushes on the other side of the fence. Eina Speedy recovery to the injured guys

The AL group i rode in finished with 3:09 (the winners got 2:57)... because of my lovely luck with 2 punctures, i rolled in with 3:33

I hope the wind has died down in Potch for this race... The past few weeks racing in Gauteng has been hectic!!

Double punture at the 80km mark with only one spare tube with me... That sucks! Thank you VERY MUCH to the CL rider who stopped and gave me his spare tube. I lost about 20-30mins on the side of the road... Eish!

It seems as if registration is gonna be a very busy place... everybody fighting to get re-seeded. If everyone gets their way, there won't be many strong riders pushing the bus from behind

Think i will have to take the bicycle to Kyalami tomorrow... This lekka weather is simply to nice not to enjoy Starting time is 16:15 (although i might only be there at 16:30 ish) Will also be taking my light (if needed) to carry on a while longer on the track

Haven't they thought about putting a layer of tar on this road if it's been like that for so long? 900m on dirt... eish
