  1. We ride that exact section two or three times a month. There's always riders on it.

Yikes. Might need to bust out the 25 at the back for that thing.
  3. It sucks when everyone but you has a kom...
  4. Hope you put your crank boots back on...
  5. Real cyclists would use a beer can, but whatever.
  6. It's aluminium I take it? Easy to diy. Pro tip, clamp the fork in an old stem to do a precise cut. You don't even need a fancy new hacksaw blade like you would with a carbon steerer. Extra bonus tip, measure twice, then measure again. You can cut a piece off, but you can't cut a piece on.
  7. I'm also happy with it. I get my one bike under that weight, but I don't ride anything where it's gonna be weighed now, do I?
  8. A, the original title omitted the word female, and B, how dare you assume anyone's gender? I mean it is the 1990's and all.
  9. Send them to me. I have an angle grinder and a drill. I'm a seasoned expert too. Well, not in carbon, but I'll give it a shot anyway.

  11. Why can't that be fixed? That would be first prize, take it to one of the specialist carbon repair places and see?
  12. Just work in your cycling kit. No need to re-invent the wheel, is there?
  13. But, there's a grey area that includes wonderful things like Metformin and NR and NMN and pterostilbene. I find NR and NMN to be better and easier than NAD (injections and IV). have fun.
  14. Funny enough Valverde falls squarely into the shut the **** up and ride group.
  15. Those ones will slow you down...
  16. Not if he puts a set of Neutrons or Nucleons on it. Those will be lighter than the carbon ones you suggest. PS, I have Neutrons (aluminium) on my Campag super record bike, and it's lighter than 7kgs.
  17. I often see black cyclists on black bikes riding to work. I doubt they are on this forum to catch your advice though.
  18. I thought the prevailing wisdom was that it's better and comparable in price to rather go ride in the alps for a week?

    Who remembers?

I am 100% certain he did. He also spent millions on vapourware, knowing it was, and when I called him on it, I was disciplined for concocted issues - this was after the shirt incident.
  20. BTW, the answer is SARMS...
  21. On this forum, it is the rule to hate Valverde, but this doper gets so much praise it's sickening. It's either hate them at Lance level or give them a free pass. This wishy-washy soft cock approach to some is what grates by biscuit.
  22. Can't stand it when some ex dopers are celebrated.

    Who remembers?

My boss at the time bought the entire company counterfeit SA soccer jerseys. I was not aware, they looked legit to me. Imagine my shame when I tried to exchange mine for a smaller size that same day at Totalsports. What a ******** that guy was.

  25. Yeah, out of nowhere. There's a memorial ride being organised for Saturday, I'll post details here.
