  1. Get added to the whatsapp group. I'll pm you Craig's number.
  2. Have you seem how many places for sale on the internet have those pics where the person is reflected in the bathroom mirror.
  3. There's some good tips here: https://www.privateproperty.co.za/advice/property/articles/tips-for-taking-photos-that-will-get-your-home-sold/7055?gclid=CjwKCAjwtJ2FBhAuEiwAIKu19ldX0J8_BdIy6N12cnXnaQ51WXj6HiluuwrUcn8gkCCz8IYP3RHyfRoCFmIQAvD_BwE I was an estate agent for a heartbeat, I'm trying to find our in-house guide for you if I still have it.
  4. More for open house than photos, but check what your house smells like. Even get an outside nose in for the job. Things might seem fine to you, but non-smokers or non-pet people will turn their nose and bond away from (what they consider) a stinky house.
  5. Don't forget the garden. Autumn and winter is a notoriously difficult time to sell your house in SA, as the gardens look like ****. First impressions and all that.
  6. Is the pomp for soft training then?
  7. Yeah, I gues most guys are riding way too fast there for it to be viable from the scum's perspective, so I guess they've given up.
  8. Between Clearwater and Finch (that empty veld between Clearwater and the substation), heading from Kempton to Benoni. A couple of guys had a near miss there a few weeks ago. Seems like the guys hid in the veld, pop out threw some stones/bricks and tried to grab guys.
  9. Probably the bike is that lime green/fluo yellow Scott standard colour.
  10. It's a good warm up. Just be careful of the hijack spot on Atlas and on Tulbagh in Glen Marais. Guy was jacked on Tulbagh recently, and last Saturday I was nearly a victim. Fortunately I stopped at the VDS gate and the guards assisted me. Got me a escort with a guarding vehicle down Atlas.
  11. Nice training ride. What the problem is?
  12. The group at the Shell garage will probably be too fast for you at the moment by the sounds of things. Most of the guys trek across to Bl and ride with them week days and weekends. It's not a bad option, there's always different distances and speeds to choose from.
  13. What do you mean as opposed to a road bike? Are you asking between an e-mtb and a road bike, or an e-road bike and a road bike?
  14. Some of the guys were just never out of breath, no matter how hard they rode...
  15. He was out here with the Kazakh national team, and my team here rode with them almost daily for a month or two.
  16. It worked wonders for Froome...
  17. Or just the ability to select up to two sizes at the same time?
  18. Compete... Ride with occasionally is more like it. I did many, many miles with Vinokourov back in the 90's and more recently many, many miles with Pritzen over December. In racing at their level I'd be dropped like a used condom.
  19. The only thing he needs to learn is better preparation. If you have bad legs, you know where to sit, you just can't do it.
  20. You're mis-reading it. Remco just doesn't have the legs today.
  21. What's with the contraption at the front? Holds you upright? Can't you okes balance?
  22. All we get from this is that you and your club are relatively *** sleg. It says nothing about the "lad".
  23. Weird that the general view is that Bernal can't time trial. Last three years he's on the podium at teh ITT at national champs (winning once) 2017 wins the ITT at Tour de Savoie Mont Blanc 2018 wins ITT Tour de Romandie 2019 8th in ITT in Tour de Suisse - which he wins overall And so on, he's not a Ganna or anything, but he's not cannon fodder in a TT. BTW, I can probably go and show that Remco is very capable in the mountains as well. I mean San Sebastian is not exactly flat, is it?
  24. I would have "liked" your post, but just in case... BTW, we post here for numbers. Quantity outranks quality on the interwebs....
