  1. Same Kim Croeser that's a member here?
  2. Isn't there a dark theme or something?
  3. Riverfields, Glen Marais Kempton Park.
  4. Diameter and thread pitch should be the same, 1.37in x 24 TPI. Technically the Italian one is 1.375in x 24TPI, so maybe a BSA wont even fit properly. Try one and see? You need to find this sort of animal: https://www.renehersecycles.com/shop/components/bottom-brackets/skf-bottom-bracket-isis/
  5. That's BSA threaded, as in right hand thread on the right and left and thread on the left. The OP's BB is Italian, which is right hand thread on both left and right sides.

  7. Doesn't sound like anywhere in the thread his rotors got even close to hot enough for that to happen.
  8. MOAR CAPITALS!!! (That's all I have to add)
  9. Go with the Scott or Merida that has hydraulic brakes...
  10. I think, like with a lot of the comments here, it depends what base you're working off of before you get covid. Here's one study on sports-people and myocarditis and covid: https://jamanetwork.com/journals/jamacardiology/fullarticle/2777308 And another: https://www.ahajournals.org/doi/10.1161/CIRCULATIONAHA.121.054824 I think what they show is that the fitter you are going into covid, the better you come out of it. I suggest listening to Prof Ross Tucker explain it here: https://open.spotify.com/episode/282epbsIjIplJrajOsy5l1
  11. Covid (and other viruses like flu) can lead to myocarditis, inflammation of the heart muscle lining, the symptoms of that are heart palpitations, which would be spikes of faster heart rate. I don't have it off hand, but there are some links in the show notes of the latest Science of Sport podcast to some studies around this.
  12. Yeah, but exercise during recovery would normally make you're HR spike, not remain subdued, wouldn't it?
  13. Ok, too fast for SOME of the people posting here...
  14. ???????????????? Noob. I have some more than two year old ones. Used one a couple of weeks ago with no problems. In fact I bought them expired from clicks on sale.
  15. Still too fast for the people posting here...
  16. I reckon it's like tinned food. If the gel isn't swollen or shrivelled up, both of which would mean air has gotten in, it'll probably be fine.
  17. When poison reaches it's expiry date is it more or less poisonous?
  18. Fair enough. He's untested at three weeks though, isn't he a Grand Tour virgin?
  19. He's still best placed overall of the so-called GC contenders (I don't rate Vlasov in that group, but Remco is only 4 seconds behind him anyway)
  20. No pro cyclist dopes. It's all marginal gains. One marginal gainer is lucky he had that crash. The way his form dropped off a cliff since leaving Sky could be seen as suspicious otherwise.
  21. So, If I say he's a tonsil in that white pant of his, you lot will be upset?
  22. Looks tailor made for Yates that does.
