His second reply “ we all knew it was only time though”? Does that suggest they all knew he was doping?

Since I read this post a few days ago, I’ve been trying to understand his position and trying to see it from his perspective, but I can’t. I think this reaction is one reason why there is a doping problem. There’s no accountability among peers. Look at the guys commenting on that post. They should be outraged. Not standing behind MK, saying it’s a ok, you made a mistake. It’s fellow “pros” backing him, saying everyone makes mistakes? How can you call yourself a friend if you beat him on numerous occasions, knowing you cheated? Surely this then suggests that people in his inner cycling circle knew? How is this an example for the younger riders?

I have to add to this. Recently had a bearing service (bb ect) done at Giant Durbanville, and the service was exceptional! I’ve had shocking service from other shops in Durbanville, but these guys were top, top notch. Well done.

Can’t say regarding the storage, but no need for a warm shower. All you need is a basin, some shower gel or face wash and wet wipes. Wash your face, wipe away and add some deo and brush your teeth. All good to go. That’s my daily routine.

I know this has been discussed before, I just want to get the opinions of the hub land via a poll. I am quite attracted to the idea of gravel road racing/ riding. I know this genre of riding has exploded in the US. Do you thing this is something that would work in SA on a larger scale? I for one would be keen on doing a few one day gravel races on the odd weekend and add a gravel stage race in the mix during the year. One day rides/ races covering anything from 80k to 160k. Any bike would be welcome, but preferably with a gravel/ cross bike. Ideally the races should cater for every type of rider and fitness level. Just enjoying being outside, fit and healthy. We have got such a beautiful country and this could be another way of seeing parts of it we would normally miss. Any ideas suggestions would be great.
