  10. you know capri, not going to lie to you... but posts like yours confirm that i will need to take the p!ss out of you on the hub until you stop whinging. Oh yes, must add, you are doing capri wheelers no justice, they a great club, and my old man used to ride A for them back in the late 80s and ninties, when you were still an itch in your old man's pants
  11. This is a waste of time. Lets acceprt that the service was good. I think it should be mentioned. Well done!!! Wether SA service levels are good or bad is another debate, therefore it is moot to argue that its the norn, because in SA it is not the norm. Ok? Give credit where due, because we all quick to whinge when its bad, or is it the Norm?

  15. Feck man, i also passed the loud music, and thought, it was some tech support jol which the announcer mentioned at the start. whats the point of gary fisher flags at a water point, the dollies seemed ok, i nearly wiped in the mud just after the water point cos i was looking at them.

  18. I am no doctor, but i had the same, and it reccurs when pushing my self hard on rides. Its gear selection for me, select an easier gear and the pain subsides

  20. Hi Jack on. Looking for an MTB ride in this area, There ARE some routes and they are good climbs, just wont do them solo. Any one in the hood?
  21. Pavement seems to be the way, i went expoloring pretty much that route 2 weekends ago, some of the pavements are not rideable leaving you at the mercy of some of Joburgs finest, driving taxi's.
  22. legalised begging PI$$es me off to no end.
  23. i think at the back where i started, people just did not bunch ride, no idea how, at about the 40k mark i began to find people who were riding in bunches. i found the whole event quite an eye opener,
  24. I started towards the back as i dont usually rode ride, was on the MTB, which was fun. Back marking warriors were really well behaved. Big up to them, suppose there is no real ego battle the, or am i naive? was a really fun ride. In conclusion i think its what YOU make of the race, as far as fluanting the rules goes, its not on, but then again i do MTB, where we just push each other off the bike. Much more friendly
  25. smart move on all accounts
