  1. It is called innovation. Both great bikes, no doubt.
  2. Cheating. That is what it boils down to. Yip, fully agree with ya.
  3. Start is a bit a bit of a shocker. I agree. But shhhhhhhhhhhhh, it a winefarm and they built fantastic single track and make great wine. No complaints.
  4. Agreed, I cheered for Daniel this morning, I mean his smile on the podium showed he is a future superstar. i think he earned so much respect around the world today with his drive. Pity the team managed the situation badly. I am not a Red Bull fan at all, because of Vettel, but Daniel changed that.
  5. Ag mate, lighten up. Your team did not win. Dont get insulting. you backed Renault and it failed. Better luck next time. I dislike Renault, I admit. Maybe next time you can gloat.
  6. Okay so 3 out of 8. With one cheating.
  7. I want to know why Pyga charge that amount for a alu bike, what justifies that. You can buy a Alu Giant, Spez, Scott, Merida, Titan, Santa Cruz etc etc, all of them, the Alu model is much cheaper than carbon. Now listen carefully, not saying its better, just much cheaper. Pyga charge carbon prices for a Alu frame.
  8. How so. If you fit both with the same groupset. How can there be a difference. Both can be bought as a frame only and specced to your level.
  9. So after the Riciardio incident, am I correct in saying only 2 out of the 8 Renault powered cars finished the race. They wont be happy about that, last year we had the Perelli tyres causing some excitement, this year it seems the Renault motor wil entertain us.
  10. Feel very sad for him, but the arrogance of Red Bull is amazing. they were warned during the race and did nothing to rectify it. They are well known for bending the rules to suit them.
  11. A lot of popular bikes have this problem. Some of the Spez models are sold out before they hit the floor. They do not bring unlimited numbers to South Africa. If you want something that always in stock everywhere and you never have to wait, buy a Titan, Scott or Merida. I wanted a Rocky mountain a few years ago, and they told me I had to wait 8 months till next years models arrive.
  12. Thats your opinion, and I shall respect that. I prefer the weight saving and stifness of carbon, again, preference is key. Test ride/drive/crash both, take your pick.
  13. I dont like anything too Intense, so I probably wont.
  14. I could never pay that much for a Alu frame. Never ever ever. So stumpy all day long.
  15. I am starting to think you own a Renault or work for them. We had 4 Reanult engines fail, one Mercedes and all Ferrari engines finished the race. So there we go, based on that ,Renault was the kakkest engine of the day. By miles.
  16. I will wait for tomorrow. It was wet today, not a true reflection of pace.
  17. Er, you are incorrect Sir. Lotus F1 team was born out of Renault F1 team, the team where Alonso won his two world titles. Untill recently they were known as Lotus Renault nd most of the team were part of the Renault team. While they my not exactly be the factory team like I stated, they are pretty much the Reanult team. And they were beyond *** today. I still expect a lot of Renault engine cars failing tomorrow.
  18. Was fun, and tough. One thing I noticed is that everyone rushed home after the race. We usually go for beers and lunch, but Tulbach is not a town that makes you want to stay afterwards. One thing we loved was the Usn connection, such well stocked water stops. Fun, but not enough to bring me back next year. Sorry.
  19. He has no clue what he is talking about. I also have the Camber 2013, it is superb. Busy upgrading at the moment, i have the base carbon model. Busy fitting xx1, Roval carbon wheels and s works seatpost and s works handlebars.
  20. Gonna be such a great race. I think Daniel drove the wheels off that Red Bull in the wet, very talented. But in the dry the Red Bull wont have the pace. That Renault engine is sommer ***. We had such a laugh that the factory Renault team were position 21 and 22 respectively. Dead last, pathetic.
  21. I will be very suprised if any of the Renault engines finish the race. Cant wait to see Vettel standing next to the track looking at his smoking dead bull.
  22. What a session indeed. Lewis breaking down after one lap, Vettel only doing 7 laps before his car overheated. Kimi was very slow and dissapointing in this session. Predicting rain for Sunday, and no team has done any testing in the rain with these new engines.
  23. Fernando was miles quicker in testing than Kimi. Sure Kimi is new to the team, but the cars this year are so different it is not really a excuse. I hope for the teams sake Kimi can perform. Fernando, Lewis, Kimi and Rossberg, if any of them win races this year you wont see me complaining.
  24. Legend. Support him no matter what he drives.
  25. I am so excited, cant wait, def getting up 3.30 Friday morning to watch first practice. I am not so sure Mercedes will have it all their own way. I read yesterday Christian Horner saying they will win by 2 laps. I think Ferrari might have a fuel efficient engine, with only 100kg of fuel per race that could play a big part. Just so exciting that no one really knows what to expect, reliability is the key this weekend. I think if you manage to finish the race you have a good chance of scoring points.
