GPS doesn't need data, uploading the GPS data to endomondo/google tracks/sportypal requires data, as well as if you want real time mapping on your phone while you ride

AFAIK, you can record your ride without using data, and then upload to endomondo when you have a wifi connection

Its a bit like porridge. Even mixed with lots of liquid. I don't really beleive that is anything more than a carb shake and PVM and the "real" nutrition guys have a better take. Didn't like it and am not convinced that it was any better than well (over) soaked pronutro

I remember riding under the Ballyclare bridge when the sewerage line was overflowing and there was NO option, no way around. Had to go through.
