It is not the bleeding thats the problem ... Avid brakes are noisy no matter how you bleed them or how many times you bleed them after they start screaming. They just dont brake as lekka as Shimano but they break much more than Shimano. Thanks guys! @divernick if you look closely youll see I acheived what I wanted with the fork. That is rigid but looks like a "normal" fork! Can post some pics tonight on how I did it.
