    Felt a bit cheated to be honest, I don't mind the way it turned out but at least show us how it got there. Felt like a director with a reputation for clever twists desperately trying to find a way to create his latest clever twist.

    That was fun but Damn my fitness levels right now... After six months of no Tokai it's like starting out as a new cyclist every time we do go out and upon getting home I end up crashed out snoozing for an hour to recover. Ben had a right mixed day starting with an asthma flare up on the Hoogekraal climb, continuing with an errant bee crashing into his eye at Contermans but finishing with him hitting a little bit of form when we dropped into the black trail there. I finally got a bit of flow going when we descended down Contermans but my legs feel distinctly second hand right now.

    Rode Contermanskloof and Bloemandal with Cpt armpies El Capitan Renaissanc, oh sod it it was Myles, Raydek and my son Ben. Had a great day, although my lack of fitness really gave me pain on the climbs and as usual Ben murdered me on the descents.     Looks like that to me. I've seen a dislocated elbow look like that and also seen an upper arm snap and that resembles the elbow event more closely. Could be wrong and wouldn't wish either on anybody* *Well maybe one or two. But not many, honest.

    Positive - the New trail is on city of capetown land.

    No permit needed for blackhill at the moment, bear in mind it us only a small trail at the moment but the plan is for it to grow over time.

    I hear you, gone from riding 4 or 5 times a week to twice a month. Blackhill is legal. Drive over Ou Kaapse Weg past Longbeach Mall and through the traffic lights onto Blackhill Road. The Trail is on the right around 800 meters past the lights.
