With the whole diamond thing, apparently if one expires you're supposed to get an additional pick. So I had 2 diamonds and got the notice that 1 was expiring last week, so thought let me see what happens. Nope no extra pick this morning. Anyone know how that's supposed to work?

I think that's the point. We have become very selfish and narcissistic and are often too scared to get involved, or too pessimistic, assuming it's all a scam. For me the fact that he is a petrol attendant probably not earning much and willing to part with the R100 which is worth a lot more to him than the lady he helped - might not be a 'hero' - but he is to the lady he helped. The shell ambassador thing - that's corporate smarts - jumping on the bandwagon -but if the guy get's an opportunity to travel and he feels valued, even just briefly - i'm cool with that. And a charity gets money out of it - since this guy expressed his desire to help less fortunate than himself.

I've been ovolacto for over 15 years. this year I started on the Keto journey and i started to reintroduce animal protein into my diet. For what I wish to achieve right now, it works for me as it was impossible for me to get the protein intake without all the carbs just by eating eggs. Might be an arse about way as the world seems to be moving towards plant based, I will still try be more plant based than not but i'm not restricting myself right now.

Hello. I think that's a great idea. How to implement though, would be tough. Due to my limited knowledge, buying stuff I'll simply only buy based on my own opinions of someone based on their behavior here. Selling, I've given away so much stuff for free, thinking they didn't have worth. Didn't even get a follow up thanks from any of them. Biggest school fees were replacement lenses for Oakleys. Only afterwards when I searched online and found out I could have got some moolas instead of giving them away. I'm not so nice anymore.

since i'm bored and can't go home yet i decided to read some of the posts here. earlier there was mention of a baby / foetus / zygote / whatever being sinless and thus, does not deserve to die ,but this says that we are all born sinners thanks to Adam and Eve. Do I understand that correctly?
