  10. Great article Mampara!! BTW, this morning at 6am as I was on my way to the office, saw 2 guys of which one is a prominent hubber riding without lights as it was still fairly dark as there was cloud cover. It is simple, lighting is NOT only there for you to see, but there for you TO BE SEEN!!! Captain Slow2009-03-03 10:27:56

  19. It has been a tough week within the cycling community with a few deaths and a few people fighting for their lives. I would like to extend my condolences to those whom have lost a Loved one and I pray for those still in hospital. I know we get angry at the actions of our motorised road 'partners' & especially the Taxi guys, but we need to start looking at our own actions and start to do the right thing. I do not condone the actions of these reckless individuals!! Herewith some advice. Use it don't use It!! the choice is yours! I Pray that the LORD keep you all safe out there!! HOW TO DECIDE WHAT'S THE RIGHT THING TO DO Some decisions you make aren't terribly important. For example, you might decide to have chocolate ice cream instead of vanilla. But other decisions may involve a choice between right and wrong, and sometimes it's not easy to know what to do. Whenever you aren't sure what's the right thing to do, stop and think! Ask yourself these questions: ? What does my conscience?that "little voice" inside my head?say about it? ? Could it hurt anyone?including me? ? Is it fair? ? Would it violate the Golden Rule? (How would I feel if somebody did it to me?) ? Have I ever been told that it's wrong? ? Deep down how do I feel about it? ? How will I feel about myself later if I do it? ? What would adults I respect say about it? If you still can't decide, talk it over with someone you trust and respect.
  20. Eish!! Not good news. My thoughts and Prayers go out to this youngster and his family!!
  21. It really saddens me to think that when someone tries to point out to someone else their faults and/or wrong doing, they get hurt, BUT when people here find that this poor lady is in the wrong and should mind her own business, then I have to get down on my knees and ask the LORD to give you guys the inner peace you deserve!! GOD BLESS!!
  22. Eish!! Not good news!! Hope thay are all OK!!
