I just can't believe people can get so upset about R30?????? I have noticed in my practice that it is usualy the fatest, smoking people who do not pay or moan about price increases. But yet, you will find them with a ciggaret in the hand in the McD's ordering a dubble burger with a milkshake. Seriously......R30 bucs man?? It is 2 less beers a month or one less McD' burger, seeeeesh....

Yip was there to see it. Also the lady(nurse) who took a steel anaesthesia trolly in there to stock up. The trolly also landed in there. Once one of my fellow female aneathetists had a bra taken of by the MRI(under wires)

When the pain and inflamation has settled it is time for next step: Then for some conservative therapy like physio and rehab by a bioken, which should help prevent a further episode. If this doesn't work then there need to be looked at surgical options.
