  4. Jeez - some of those guys are quite a way down the hill! Thankfully it seems to be grassy.
  5. I've actually done that and it hurts like hell! Not sprinting at the Tour de France mind you.
  6. The laughing group are usually pretty good at calculating their way just inside the cut-off. 7 minutes means they worked a bit harder than they had too, but better safe than sorry I'm sure.

    Who remembers?

    Just looking through some photos of a trip from JNB to CPT back in 2014 and reminded of there being a dozen "Stop & Go" road works on the road. Cost us hours!
