Sadly chained onto racks is not suffor smart if vehicle left unattended.

No issues with Naked Insurance, claim paid out within 1 week after dropping bike off at bike shop to assess damage. Give u options of shops closest to you.
Riders@work do the assessment and admin on behalf of Naked and they where easy to deal with and kept me updated frequently.
Brother also with them and no issues when he claimed a month ago
spinning it while on the bike? or whilst removed?
Have you checked for brake pads rubbing perhaps
Remove wheel and hold it by hub/axle and spin to see how it freewheels and if smooth or gritty
exact same boat as you, physio is painful, sleeping is crap and these weird aches and pains all up the arm

This is really cr@p, I moved over from sram as I prefer shimano shifting feel.

I want to fit 12s XT shifter, I believe it's I spec ev. Not entirely sure even ( why the effin h3ll do they change it)
I can't seem to just find simple clamp adapter to fit it to the bar, must it have a matchmaker and fit to the brakes clamp? I have sram guides fitted.
Saw kcnc clamp option for R600 and matchmaker for even more...ridiculous. find it crazy to spend Similar cost on a clamp as the shifter.
Nevertheless what exactly do I need to buy to get this fitted? Most cost effective way.
Either direct to bar or to the sram brakes clamp.
