Best is to look at sections in strava under the explore function. I start my intervals at Marys in Pendoring and go Fir, Ebony, Anderson, Hearn, Louie and up to the watertower. Gives you 15-20 minutes of hard riding

OK mense hoop dit gaan goed hier Believe I cause some consternation with my trek across the globe a couple of Sundays back. Was actually just a gentle trek around the cradle, but the Garmin was literally on the other side of the world. I have removed that file since, trust your rankings to look a bit different now

I have two Quarqs and very happy with both - as Christie mentioned, the plastic caps are not that great, but to replace the batteries cost R 7.50 and last about 3 months. The oldest one is now 3 years old and not a days problems. The cost of the two units together is still cheaper than an SRM. I had an SRM and the battery replacement is a HUGE issue, other than that it also never had any problems.

Strava or endomondo for iphone, or if you have an itunes account trainingpeaks mobile. Personally I will stick to my Garmin 800, think vibration will catch up with the glass sides at some stage. IMO off course
