I think Shaun put some signs up some time ago. Why don't you speak to the lady from Race for Victory ? They use this road as the start finish and she probably knows the right people. Alternatively speak to Gary Beneke as it's his race. That being said I doubt that you'll achieve what you want buf its worth a try.
Next year will be interesting as it will be held at a new venue. It was nice that this year everything was exactly the same as last year. You have no need to worry though, I'll drop back Like you said, the A bunch isn't what it used to be :ph34r:

I seriously need to do a 2nd lap to see the spectators, watering points, etc. I saw some pics that mates posted on FB and I didn't see most of the stuff.
Wait until Sunday afternoon / Monday, then you going to hear a lot more complaints !!!!! too hot too windy too easy too hard had to park far away bunches too big / small too little tequila bar one girls distracted me etc etc
In that case I'd suggest having a look at the 94.7 expo. Alternatively the new Cycle Lab Mega store might be an option (haven't been there though). Don't know how many shops will have a variety of R10k wheels in stock.
You can get reseeded at number collection, I just hope you like standing in a queue. Best you take somebody with that can bring you breakfast / lunch, etc.
