IMO there is a difference in stopping power.

Sportsman's sell proper sports headsets. There are a few different models. I use a Pioneer set that wraps around the ear. They sweat proof and so far so good.

My son got the same deal. I think you can only trade in the 305 on a 310 not on a Edge 500 / 510 Think it's a nice gesture from Garmin.

I think it might depend on what groupset you using. SRAM have got some serious granny gears. Contador even used a special type of RD to accommodate the gears. Have a look at the European online stores, they'll probably have granny cassettes available.

It is a Garmin but it doesn't have a GPS.

On here it's probably worth about R3 - R3.5k. In all honestly, very few people want to ride a Silverback.

I agree with what has been said regarding the Specialized Roubaix. My training bike is currently an old Specialized Tarmac with Zerts inserts and it's a very comfortable bike to ride.

I got about 180km to go. Should be finished on Sunday. A lot tougher than I thought.

Sorry but you went backwards (but just a little). Last years wining time was 2:11 and this years was 2:10, seeing that this year the route was 4km shorter one can see how the wind slowed us down. I'd suggest you do longer rides but then I'm just a fun rider and have absolutely no coaching experience at all.
