    Hi, I am looking for a damaged syncros rear mtb wheel with a through axle. Even just the hub would work. My axle inside the hub broke. Thanks

    To all the people moaning about masks, do yourself a favor, get in your car and go into the deep part of the squatter camps. I have been there this whole week and just realized again that we are busy with nothing. These people give a flying virus about covid 19. At one liquor store the rules are nicely put on the wall, no mask no entry with a mask to put on hanging on a hook. If you exit put it back for the next guy. There is no social distancing, children play in large groups in the street, many sit in groups playing dominoes and nobody wears a mask. According to the what we are told about this virus it should run through these settlements like a blaze. There are either much more people around us infected, or there is some kind of immunity already. There is no way that the daily infection rate is anything to go by. Wear a mask to protect yourself or stay at home.

    Problem is that those lights do not fit on spez bikes, they require special spez lights as well and those are expensive.

    I am also considering to go for a ride this afternoon. My business is not allowed to operate so I am stuck at home with my 6 year old. My wife is at work. I can not go for a ride and leave my boy alone and when my wife comes home I am not allowed to ride. This rules really sucks.

    Make me think about a guy in our town a few years back who's bakkie got stolen. 2 years later he got drunk one evening and hit his wife. She went to the police and opened a case against him and told them about a certain bakkie standing in his mothers garage in another town. He is still in jail.

    This morning I went for 10km run and thought, why not do a half marathon? So I soldiered on.my last half marathon was 4 years ago and my longest run in the past 4 years was 12 km. Look like my nipples got softer!

    Wow, my friend started a business in January, took his pension and savings for capital. His April income was R0. Are you going to tell him to stay in his budget as well? Dlck comment if you do not know the persons circumstance.

    Since yesterday our local checkers wont let you go in without a mask. Some okes standing outside waiting for someone with a mask to come out and then borrow it to go in. The mask wearing is a waist of time, but if you say it here, you will get burned .

    Just a note, my sister bought a secondhand titan hardtail online. Medium, because that was the size of her giant. When it arrived it was to big. I measured the bike and it was exactly the same size as my large silverback sola. If you change brand make sure of the size. They are not all the same.

    Hi hubbers, I would like to know if anybody ever claimed from cycling SA for a incident during a race with only a day license? I did a race were the paramedics and the race doctor though I had a heart attack. I went from the event to the hospital in a ambulance ( last time I tried to claim from them for a crash, I could not because the ambulance did not take me to the hospital and I still was a member). Thanks for the input.

    Every Monday evening I do 120 sit ups and 100 push ups. Wednesday I do upper body workout with weights. I also do a lot of physical work ( off loading beer trucks by hand) so my core is super strong.

    Ikon is good, but if you want it to wear fast, ride on tar.

    There is nobody near my house or property and if there is someone he is trespassing. I also have to check on water and valves so I have to move around. And, here is the problem, we are still busy harvesting so the farmworkers and I will have contact on a daily basis. When I go to train they are long gone. Next problem we have is crime, riding my bike around the farm is also a way to better security.

    After 600km there are no signs of wear. Shifting is very good, better than the xt I had, especially the 2 big rings. I would like them to bring out the cassette with a 10 46 xd drive version.

    Me neither, but the spaz pathfinder is an excellent tyer. I have them on my gravel bike and they are stunning.
