Well R150k is still cheaper than R1mil which was the cost of Tom Boonen's Specialized bike in 2008. Pinarello/ Colnago/ DeRosa is like Rolex. We think Rolex is the ultimate expensive watch untill you own a black credit card and you realise Rolex is a "cheap" brand. Having said that.... I still love my Pinarello Steel Pista though

Don't be a woes, just glue the thing and slap it on the rim. Even the most difficult tubby to fit - Conti's Gatorskin, isn't that difficult. It's only if you're planning to ride the Alps downhill that you should follow the 7-day-to-fit-a-tubby-procedure

Great varsity bike. Don't buy a brooks yet, not for varsity!!! Bike theft is a big industry at varsities, so use a proper U clamp lock. Esp a looker like yours will attract attention, and it will get scrapes and bumps etc against lamp posts etc. so Brooks is for after varsity O and stuff the singlespeed, ride Fixed

1.89 and a standard 54cm frame 120mm stem 175mm cranks BB/ top saddle - 810mm I like an aggressive setup with a smaller frame for added stiffness etc, but not for the faint hearted I must admit 58 is my "correct" size slowtwitch2009-12-10 07:55:27
