Yip , sure of the size, fitted on the new model at Olympic yesterday and it is the same like my previous model size so sure of size its just where to get the best deal now. Olympic had the S-Works Road shoe for R3.5k, Phone Bridge cycles yesterday and they quoted R3.2k See the 2013 range looks great, maybe I should hold out for those

I have a pair of Spez shoes, old now @ least 4 years old, and needs replacing but I think they are great shoes, looks like they do allot R&D and are ahead of the others in terms of tehnology that goes into their shoes.

Just finished reading From Lance to Landis, was a real insightful book. Was wondering if there are other great books about cycling, the legends the tours and races etc.. that Hubbers may have read and can recommend. Looking at getting Slaying the Badger , 1986 battle between Lemond and Hinault. Other great books I have read recently and can recommend: The Cyclist Training Bible - Joe Friel Time Crunched Cyclist - Chris Carmichael

Have you renewed your PPA membership as yet? I am still waiting to hear about progress on PPA and CSA split and how things will work in the coming season. PPA very quiet on this front, email to them on the point and no response.

Evans was the more or less the same time back in the time trial of last years Dauphine, that is behind Wiggins, when it came to the Time Trial in the Tour he was a machine, I am backing Evans but think it's going to be a great battle between Wiggins and Evans.

I had a chain drop at the top of Nelson Mandela Bvd the chain somehow managed to go under the piece that supposed to keep it from dropping i struggled for about 15 minutes trying to get chain thro gap between blade and that thing when i got it on u just went home... gutted , did not feel like riding after that

Riding my 404's they are not FC but they go well up the climbs and I have not had issues with them in the wind, I suppose if there are real strong gusts that would be an issue.

Watching this with interest as I was planning to reduce volume considerably but have been having good results in racers to date with normal training load for the week, tempted to just continue with normal load

I used the mount on sunday race and it did not pickup the time when I crossed the finish mats. Read in the Cycle Mag that the chip must not be horizontal, and mine was more or less, so if you use the mount point it vertically down.
