  4. No man, that's just so not right.
  5. I feel your pain Phil, still trying to find the right bike for me. Was in a shop today, really liked the shop, but not one trail orientated bike, all for XC riding... Think I will wait for the stumpy 650B.
  6. Condolences, to all...
  7. This isn't going well...
  8. Hope that's a "get well soon" present.

  11. Kudos to LC... Would love to say it's mine, but I am just a medium.
  12. But that's because they would only import it with their next shipment, other wise your cost would be exponentially high. How ever it is poor that this was not explained to you.
  13. I so get, what you posted, and completely agree. Apples with Apples. You have my support.
  14. Looked like a nice ride before the earth stopped you falling into infinity. Good old earth, stopping people falling into infinity for a long time.
  15. Don't gummibears bounce? How does that song go again... Something about gummiberry juice, then bouncing here and there and everywhere? Or did someone forget to drink their gummiberry juice...
  16. And the last 12 posts made LOL beeeeg time... Thanks, rough day, needed a good laugh.
  17. I'm in a similar industry, same thing, different sport. No matter the repair, we only add a small handling fee on any repairs. Just to cover any phone calls, staff time, etc... We don't try to make a profit on someone's miss fortune. Sent out services are a slightly different story, and depending on our involvement, it can be from 10% to 20%, plus what the taxman expects. Freight is always for the clients expense. We normally play open cards with the client, having invoice copies available for them. Often, we take a look at what has to be done and pass the client on to the agent directly, removing us from being the middleman. Client pays all the freight, agent directly, etc... International repairs and services are a bit more complicated, again open cards with shipping costs, repair charges (often in Dollars)' return freight, etc... Sometimes it makes more sense to buy a new "whatever" and get a new warrant and support. Anywho, glad it got sorted.
  18. Plus for Mr SARS
  19. BogusOne sprays a mighty fine scooter!! PM him...
  20. Before bin, see what the agent says. Might be a repair/replace policy, no matter the age.

  24. It's just such a dangerous Road. Quartering off each other would be so much better. 100 zone, and lots of trucks, especially tankers coming from the depot...
  25. Not to cleaver Trevor...
