    So a bike shop owner hubber from Grahamstown advertised a set of 650b south industries carbon rims on the hub. I dibs them on the add. Send him a sms and speak to him on the phone .commit to taking them if they are the 34/28mm and ask for banking details.Today after not hearing from him track him down ... says they are 30/22.5 and some other guy comming to buy them. South dont make 30/22.5 rims so he isn't being honest. Whats worse I know the guy .

    Hi All ... I spend a lot of time on the " mountain" used do the routes for lord of the chainrings .... I have seen the light and more in to tech trail riding last couple of years. I have cleared some great trails that i didn't consider ridable before . Seems a shame not to share ... Prepared to show riders that might be interested , or maybe organise a ride weekend ( not keen to organise race/events) again .... too old and lazy for all that pain.

    Hope you guys have a blast , maybe next year... This year rockies up to jasper the week whistler. , squamish then Colorado winterpark ( trestle) grand junction and moab .... Hope I stay in one piece to do whole trip . Me and wife , wish had mates coming with .

    Bummer EZEL = sons wedding KLIPBERG in Moab , well thats not so bad but this looks great . Definitely 2019

    Anybody here been to Whistler and Moab/Colorado ? Ideas on accommodation ? Seems a lot more expensive than France.

    This is a seriously FUN ride ... our 7 beer challenge ended up way past 10 and with Bolt and Nut's gin bar and Fyords last water point having plenty of Emeraldvale on tap ... dehydration was never gonna be a problem ... thanks to all involved .
