Did it for the first time last year if you are used to stage races it shoudl be fine hardness will depend (as Zoo pointed out), on whether you race or ride the event pretty much a mind over matter thing, but beware days 1 and 3 are hard, with plenty climbing day 2 is superfast and the TT is a bitch enjoy

Frosty - we went through Simons T last year in about 1:05, its a bit of a challenge now with Boyes drive........... but weather permitting is the operative wordin the Argus

its a difficult assumption to make my take is, R4S "much" easier than Argus last year in near perfect conditions in both - 2:43 R4S, 2:57 Argus so safe to say if you can do sub 2:50 R4S , sub 3 Argus possible

rode B bunch as a training ride went down in a crash with 5 others at 50 k's cant blame the race, organisers, traffic it was just rider error 1 x broken arm, but bike just fine

Been using quarc since July this year. Best investment - no doubt about it using it with the help of a coach improvement in short space of time has been enormous started racing vets second half of this year and progress has been very rapid and rewarding

sorry to hear bud, I dont know why that happened as normally most of the group stops, and the guy/s who need to be home early leave on their own. I rode with the group yest morning and a guy puctured just before we got to Klipriver and we all stopped for almost 10 mins........ so I am not sure who was in the group on the morning of your ride, but that def isnt the norm.
