    Bar and Grips fitted. The grip clamps are very very gold. Rode around the street in front of the house and the bar en grips felt good. Steering did not really feel much different at the moment. Will take it out for the long ride this weekend and see.

    Nice!! Looks like the cable for electronic XTR RD runs thru the headset, exit bottom of the steering tube and enter the down-tube there.

    You got to love marketing . . . Would this "Race Sealant" still work if the rider is commuting or doing a recovery ride and not racing . . ? Pity it only "virtually" eliminate flats and not actually or really.

    I used to get them every time I seat a new tire and used Stan's. After taking it out and refilling with. . . they normally do not come back. I now use Sludge . . . I do not believe it seals any better than Stan's (Stan's does work good), but I never get any "Marsians" Stan's also only lasted about month or maximum two. Then time to top up.     Will this "new" Stan's be less likely to make the a-morphic lumps rolling around in the tire? And no . . . I never use CO2 bombs in inflate or seat a tire, only a good quality Birzman floor pump.

    I did not read the whole thread . . I am not saying she did not anything wrong. BUT How old is Yolande de Villiers? Not like she is 22-years old? Many combination blood pressure medications contains HCTZ or other diuretics. Older women and water retention goes hand in hand. (No pun intended) But then on her level of competition, I suppose she and her doctors should know better.
