Ahhhh... the Cradle MTB loop... what a bit of nice! ESPECIALLY the section from Bidon Bistro down to the next circle.. soooooo much flow.. just seems to get better and better!

please bear in mind typhoon is no normal person.... Anyone who decides looping the Concrete road a couple times during a ride, not just once as a means to get the fun stuff in on the other side.. a COUPLE times.. is not normal

Sticking to my plan of trying to ride trail venues other than my regular ones from time to time, I went to Northern's this morning. The ride matched the weather.... great morning! Really fun ride! Whoever's responsible for the trails... well done and stellar job , keep it up! Did a mixture of red and black on the SSR... except for a couple of sections where singing the chorus to "Hey Jude" would've cost me my tongue, bike was perfectly suited. next, I'm going to make a plan to fit Thaba in.

Eventually made it to Central Park in Modderfontein today... Trails are immaculately maintained... pristine ST... but they're just not my cup of tea. (more like warm flat beer... but that's just me ) but any ride is better than no ride I was told this is an old dynamite storage bunker?

Summer was showing off in The Cradle this morning.... Awesome ride on the MTB loop with a couple of bits added. Not even a puncture ruined the day... albeit I didn't have spares What tool goes out without spares!! I've become so complacently used to nothing going wrong... anyway, lesson learned! I was helped by some awesome people out on the road and even managed to pay it forward not even 10 mins after my incident with some ladies who very well stocked with spares but battling to use them. The AWESOME!!!!! new Bidon Bistro just after the start of the MTB trail...stunning place!

Need to ride here again!

Busted! I guess the truth was going to come out sooner or later I actually don't ride or have a bike. I just photoshop what I dream it would be like to ride. here's me doing what I do best... Damn you Uni!

yes (gate climb) and then the,, um summit , let;s call it.. there's a rather rideable little drop, but the flippen height of trail throws off my ability to ride... that and the patty in my broek!

different rushes for me. I'd still like to be able to ride the whole of cliff hanger there're a couple spots that always catch me out.

can anyone help? a friend is looking for a group to run with, he stays in the Honeydew/Northgate/Jackal Creek area. He's new to trail having mostly done road. He's done 2 comrades so should be ok with most fitness levels.
