If there are big changes to your set up, they should be done a little bit at a time. You could injure yourself if you make several big changes at once.

Try and test ride each bike (in the correct size) and choose the one you like best. The geometry of a certain bike doesnt suit everyone, so perhaps choose the bike by geometry and not brand. Sometimes getting measured up properly before hand (something like Ergofit) can help you choose.

I did 65km from home to work this morning - Luckily the return home is only 11.5km. (Please can I have a tail wind?)

And one of the reasons pushing people away from local suppliers. Why pay premium price for no back up? You may as well import it your self at a fraction of the cost and get no back up or deal with international warranty

Renay does the Ergofit @ Epic Bike Shop in Plumstead/Wynberg I think. Jeroen Swart @ Sports Science Insitute in Newlands (Cape Town) is the main guy. I had mine done by him a year ago and feel much better on both my bikes.

I have one on my bike too. I got it from Wiggle.co.uk, I think. It's a little bit of insurance against a bad front mech set up and/or user error. Not cheap, but nor is my carbon frame...
