  1. Working on it guys Testing it out in the engine room up in Gauteng. We're working on dates for our first event in Cape Town. Really just a load of fun!
  2. Hey Guys, If you have an XD freehub on your bike, we do have XD freehub units designed for the Kickr4 or Core. This means you'll be able to use your current 12 speed Eagle groupset on your bike, on your trainer. In case you use an NX cassette on the Shimano freehub that comes with the trainer, it should do the trick. If not, please contact us by creating a ticket on our support page https://www.ikhambi.co.za/support-request Cheers Your local Wahooligan

  9. Hey Swift&Aero, The Headwind is pricy... I must agree. Just a some notes on the Headwind and our experience with the import of anything labeled a "fan" over a certain wattage/Voltage. Headwind receives: - Import Taxes of 15% - Taxed by NRCS and due to certain wattage it must be taken apart by local testing facility. You must comply on all plug points and pay tax on these. - Taxed by ICASA and compliance testing for Bluetooth, ANT+ etc. Due to wattage they request certain testing to be done. This might be some of the reasons these fans are relatively hard to find. We had to jump through many hoops just to get the product to land in South Africa. On top of that... we do not make profit as a distributor on the Headwind, but we wanted the product to at least be considered by customers. It does however have some meaningful settings with HR/ZWIFT/SPEED etc. It is aesthetically pleasing in a cave set up and celebrates something I personally love... a design keeping a cyclist in mind. 17. Your KICKR is very much a computer and indoors is where it is safe. The dust, grass and potentially moisture is just not good for any smart trainer.
  18. If you are going to MTB make sure you choose a very durable one. They can snap on technical terrain.
  19. Remembered your comment, spotted the lampshade on a Youtube review
