Interesting, new molds after only one year? Was MY2017 that bad? I see they changed the suspension to be more progressive as well. Strange that if they're following current trends, and market demands, that they didn't do something about the leverage ratio as well and use a longer stroke shock. In hind sight that was a mistake. That is probably the only bike that can't house a full sized water bottle Id ever consider - based on its looks of course.

Yes, that might be true for low alc, lighter style beers. Minor oxidation of darker porter beers can ad some complexity. Barrel aging in itself is an oxidative process, and given this style of beer, the flavours are pretty robust. Regarding microbial stability. Well yes. Agreed. Acetobacter is pretty nasty, and quite resistant to a lot of preservatives even. Beer-stalling/aging; I was just putting it out that I'm not one of those hipster kind that claims we need to age our IPAs before we can drink it. In any case beers don't get to last that long by me. My palate is pretty fine tuned to tasting.

No idea. I don't think they conform to many safety standards, which is why one can't find them everywhere. But ebay is always an option. Or a router table set up similarly? I like this guy's method; Maybe just tape the edges and/or clamp an extra piece of wood over the cutting area to prevent splintering.
