You gonna walk around the expo with a wheel that needs a puncture fixed. If its a Tubby put a new one on at your LBS if its not. Put a new tube in yourself. The guys at the Expo are not there to work on punctures. They are there to make money.

Those Spartans riders are a bunch of idiots. I will say it here I don't care. They all over the show pushing team mates to help along I'm sure when they ride in the respectfull bunches they would be better but not when they try to ride together and assist eash other. I managed to get out of there on the climb and never saw them again. Funny thing was the one oke still said " see you later" what ever.

Those rollers were not easy, i think the climb in the middle ws easier than the rest of the race in the wind and very hard. But finished with no issues.

What are you looking to do here. Do you maybe mean 650c? So you want to put road wheels on your Dual for something? If so you can use normal 700c road wheels. they will work. You need to build them up with MTB hubs so you can use your disc and then just put 23c tyres on. Should work as the 700c is smaller than 29er and only slighlty bigger than your 26"

I have a mavic front 32H hub from 1987, I built it over on the wheels that I use everyday and its as smooth as anything. 25years young and still going strong.

I was sitting there after the second tube did not work... Sat chatting to mate until I got a friend to throw me a bomb and tube.

Hey guys sorry ..STAPLE.. even this soutie cant spell at the best of times. K- first race today in years so they would not put me higher up than M. Now had a bad time aswell. Anyway just have to better it next week. I'm sommer lus to do both next weekend now.

Dale had a great ride till Kyamandi, when I picked up a massive brown stable (from box) puncture. At this time my Ave was 38km. So I dont mind change the tube, bomb it. Pssssssss goes down again. So put another tube and Bomb it. Pssssssssss. So sat on wall watching okes come flying past. One of the League guys I know stopped and gave me a bomb and tube. Then rode back to fininsh. Quite funny rode back with most of the guys and girls I started with in M. So have no idea what my time was. Will have to wait for Racetec. Hopefully next week goes better. Have to replace the tyre though.

My bags are packed and I'm ready to go. well almost just need to sleep. 1st fun Ride in years. Have to ride M. Well good training. Seems its gonna be a 97km TT. Cant wait.

Try teaching your twin girls to ride, got them bikes for christmas as they have also just turned 3. Hard enough trying to teach just the one.

Ditto, they can carry over 140kg's. rode a set for a while and did not have one problem and they light. If you want something more aero you can look at the Dura Ace carbon 50. NO weight limit.

Unfortunately you will have to stick to a MTB specific chain. The 10 speed is is temprementle. You cant use a Dura Ace chain on it.
